Fantastic. Hands down the best dry cleaner I have found in Los Angeles. ( location on Lankershim )They cleaned a very fine fabric ( cupro) which was stained . It was perfectly cleaned. They get not 5 stars … but 500. I will be returning .

Came here to get some whites cleaned and was very impressed by the results. One of my garments had a stain that initially didn’t come off and the woman who helped me went in with another treatment to make sure she did all she could. I really appreciated that. It worked.

I have been using Ritz for many years and have always had great service. The cleaning and pressing are professional; never have I had an item ruined or done sloppily. Love the tailor services. Don’t know how I’d get along without her! Ritz is the best around as far as I’m concerned with reasonable prices and good turn around.

I Highly recommend this dry cleaning place to go too. ,The owner of the place very Nice and lovely, Her Customer service is a top notch. I have been using ritz cleaners for the past few years and never had any issues with them all the time the clothes come nice and clean and on time ,also if you're looking for a tailor, that's also good place to go to

I went here based on other positive reviews and had 6 items cleaned. Everything was ready when promised and the people were very polite. I took a picture of the price list as I would have liked to have that information!

If I could give zero stars I would. Lady had attitude because after quoting me $180 to hem two dresses, I told her I’ll just do one dress instead. I did not want to pay more for alterations than I paid for the dress. They did alterations on my daughter’s prom dress, and I thought they did a great job, and was reasonable. That’s why I went back there. I ended taking back both dresses, and tried another cleaners, where I payed $100. That one lady needs to change her attitude. My neighbor said she doesn’t go there because of the attitude as well.

AMAZING work, and amazing people! I always bring in my clothes here to get dry cleaned and I have never had an issue. I am always pleased and my clothes are always handled very well. I had purchased a white blouse today & accidentally spilled coffee all over it and I had an event - same day! I rushed here and asked the sweet ladies working if they would be able to help me. I doubted I would be able to get it cleaned same day because they were extremely busy but they did me a favor and took it in! I told them I need it same day - I came back to pick it up and the stains were gone!!! I am sooooo happy and thankfull!!!! I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend all my friends and family to come here.
