Previously, I took my Maserati Levante to a dealership in Pasadena for all maintenance, etc. But for the past a couple of years, I've been bringing my car to Van Nuys Maserati since my Service Advisor Carla has been exceptional. She provides constant updates via texts so I'm no longer completely in the dark during any repair/maintenance. Moreover, when I have questions or concerns she immediately communicates with the technicians and provides prompt responses for me.

5 Stars for Dmitrii the sales person and the finance manager! I've been searching for a Levante for weeks, originally looking for brand new only, BUT I came across an a CPO Levante that seemed too good to be true. I came in, they made the process fast, very easy, no pressure and explained everything! I've seen reviews saying bate and switch and honestly I didn't experience any of that here. I do a lot of research on dealerships and cars before I make a decision, but they were really not what some recent reviews had suggested. I will say the only very small negative is their dealership does feel a bit dated, and there aren't any snacks for guests... but I'll trade that for a great deal any day!! If you are looking for a Maserati or Alfa. Make sure you pay Van Nuys a Visit!!

Purchased a car from Kevin Hurtado, he was very professional and knew his products well. Easiest car purchase I've made. His service was exceptional and he went above and beyond to make sure the car I bought met my needs. Go see him for an awesome car buying experience!

Very disappointed with this dealership. I was ready to buy a Mercedes C 300 and when I saw the total price they added $8K on top of the original price listed on the site! That's horrible! I've never seen that nowhere. They typically add about $2-3K max but $8K??! That's ridiculous! The salesman was very nice and he really tried but the finance person made this deal terrible with all their "mandatory" add ons. Horrible experience! You can't expect people to buy a car with false advertising. We walked out and didn't end up buying the car. They are much better dealerships out there, stay away from this one!

Worst dealership ever. I don't know how they stay in business, salesperson Jose. And finance, jaime. They scam you, make it sound all good. They pressed me to pay 8k for extended warranty, something told me to not do it. They gave me the expiration date for my warranty of October 28,2023. Upon taking it to another dealer for service, they Checked and told me I was covered bumper to bumper until 2026 and get a set of new tires. Van nuys told me I wasn't covered and couldn't do anything about my tires be it that I had an air bubble. DONT EVER TO GO THEM. I'll will be seeking legal help.

Will absolutely not buy a car here. You know the slimy car salesmen depicted in movies back in the day? This dealership seems to overflow with them, specifically the managers! How tacky is it to be walking past their office overhearing them shouting "show me the money!", yelling at sales staff on closing clients, and talking to customers in a very hostile and rude manner. How the sales floor is run shows me all I needed to see when it comes to how this place does business.

I first came in to buy a vehicle from the dealership. It was nice at first , but the first sales man didn't disclosed all the markups on the deal and he promised to deliver the car on the said deal. He took days and he would ignore my calls. I cancelled the deal. I got a call from management and was able to work out a better deal on a newer car and the second salesman was far better. Ask for Amin for the better experience.

Amine provided 5 star customer service. I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour and a half. He not only helped me out with the price but also made me feel comfortable with understanding all the technology inside the vehicle before we drove off. I recommend you ask for Amine if you're in the market for new or used carr. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Would NOT sell the car we were interested in for the FULL PRICE listed on their website. Said they have to sell with extra incentives because they don't make any money on their cars. The sales person said there was a disclaimer on the price on the website that explains this. The first line of their disclaimer is quoted as "Used vehicle pricing includes all offers and incentives". So frustrating. Google strictly enforces product detail price listing in all ecommerce retailers. I can't believe they let car dealers get away with this. We ended up walking out and will never work with this car dealer who owns multiple other car brand dealerships in Los Angeles.

I wouldn’t trust the pricing on their website. False advertising on their pricing which is a big no no. You don’t list a car for $65k with the VIN# to make it seem like that price is the actual price and then tell the customer there are additional $1500 add ons such as GPS.
