Nice waiting room. Communication about the process is lacking. You can't call them, to talk to a person at the location. Tech has been trying to get my glass out for over 2 hrs now... finally finished my car after 4.5 hours. I hope the install is good. Main complaint is communication. Unless you walk up to the counter and ask, there is no proactive status updates. These systems exist, they just need to want happier customers.

The windshield was replaced efficiently. I have had no problem with the work. I would recommend them to others.

My appointment was at 2:30 PM. The man behind the desk was very nice and personable but I sat there for an hour waiting for someone to check on my car and it never happened. At 3:30 PM. I asked the gentleman behind the desk was anybody coming to check on my car and he was like "oh my goodness nobody came" and I responded no, so then someone came out immediately to check on my car. They checked the car windshield and said that they couldn’t repair my crack because it wasn't big enough to fill. Said it was a normal wear and tare chip. So, I wasted an hour sitting there just for them to say they could do NOTHING.

Pretty simple process filed my claim through my insurance made an appointment with them.On the day of my appointment checkin pretty seamless it was a 3 1/2 hr wait.The issue with this particular location is the area is grimy and the store is located in an industrial park not a location you want to kick it for 3 hours.Overall my Tesla windshield looks great and the tech was pleasant.Hopefully, if this happens again, I would likely not go to that location just because of the area that it's in. Hopefully the one in Reseda will be open.

I cannot say enough good things about Luis and Nery from Safelite. Having one's car window smashed is absolutely soul crushing, especially when it's never happened before in one's life. I feel like during moments like this, the people that help one get life back to normal are true heroes, and I found those heroes in Luis and Nery. Luis came out to replace the glass in my car, and I can't say enough good things about him. Kind, professional, understanding, good at his job, seriously... Safelite, you need to give this man a raise/promotion, because he is making you look GOOD. I told him that I was going to do a review, and that I was going to liken him to Jesus, because they both walk on water. Seriously, Safelite is very lucky to have both Luis and Nery as employees, and I hope they know it. When I had a question/concern at the end of the glass replacement, Luis dialed up Nery, and Nery immediately hit it out of the park. I don't believe I have ever experienced this level of amazing customer service/friendliness/care when it comes to something involving my car. So, if you find yourself with a smashed window, and are looking at options, I *highly* suggest Safelite, and I only hope that you are lucky enough like I was to experience the wonderful service provided by Luis and Nery. Thank you both!!

This is the second time I have used Safelite and I couldn't be happier...their service is super quick and professional. I had a passenger window replaced less than 24 hours after making an online appointment. The interior was cleaned up and the new glass installed in about one hour. On top of that their labor and products are guaranteed.

This company is a complete fraud. Their technicians told me they are not certified to calibrate your car properly and so forth. I had them installed the original BMW windshield. The technician told me they test drove the car which I'm pretty sure they didn't because I did not leave the place without the tech next to me and we test drove it and the problem happened. They told me it's an issue. You have to take it to the dealer. We're not certified to fix this. These guys are unprofessional and completely untrustworthy. If you have any kind of European car especially do not take it here. It's going to be a complete waste of your time and make sure you never install a OEM window. I installed the original manufactured window. They still came up with reasons why there's a problem. Save your money. Save yourself a headache. Do not go with them. Do not!!!!!! Didn't offer me any kind of Ryan's reimbursement or anything. Unfortunately for them they'll end up paying more for this.

This organization exhibits a pervasive lack of professionalism, evident from its management down to its employees. Their consistent inability to open on time raises serious concerns about their reliability and commitment to their customers. The regional manager should address this issue immediately by implementing measures to improve timeliness and accountability.

With scheduling, the day I had a mobile appointment, the tech couldn't arrive but instead of sending someone else they had to schedule days further out. I needed a car and didn't want to have it towed and pay more money to get fixed. When the tech arrived, although the service was fast, he ended up making a comment about my appearance. If I was male, that wouldn't of happened. I just had to pay money I didn't have to get my car fixed and on top of that get hit on????????? Not the time or place. Please consider more professional service.

I had a repair done in September. They did not do a good job. I had another technician come out the next day to fix the remaining crack they left in my windshield and he told me that he could not fix it. I called and spoke to a supervisor at the Sun Valley location who told me that they would mail a full refund. Their customer service is non-existent. They never refunded my check and they never answer the phone or return my calls. They are terrible. I would never use this company again. I run a legal advisory and am considering a class action lawsuit against them just on principle. Can’t stand bad businesses taking advantage of people.

They are extremely very confused here. I called to book an appointment. They gave me Saturday at 4pm. And sent me a confirmation, but on the phone told me it would take 2-3 hours. They close at 5. I said would you like me to bring it in earlier? They said, I could bring it a 9 am or 1pm. Which do I prefer? I said 1pm. Great! See you then.When I showed up at 1pm they had no record of anything... except an appointment for later in the week... which I didn't book.They also told me no one would have told me to come in at 1pm as they would have insisted I come in at 7:30am. What?? That wasn't even one of the options.In any case, I had called and spoken with the booking person who also called the actual shop and confirmed everything. Then I received an email AND phone confirmation only to be turned away when I showed up with my ride which I also organized.They asked me at that time if I'd like to book another appointment. Hell no! What if I show up for that one and you have no record of it.Do what you like with this info. Their work might be fine, but only if they honor their appointments. I plan to never go back.

I was a repeat user of Safelite auto glass replacement. I called for a passenger window replacement because my wife wanted it right away.. I've done replacements myself. The young man came out. Started to do the work and in "testing the regulator up and down.. to shake out the glass" claims that shard of glass jammed the regulator. He ran the window motor up and down until it was hot to the touch. He also hadn't noticed that he had knocked off the cable when he took the motor off. By that time the motor cable assembly was ruined. I even took it off later to see if I could fix it and rewind the cable. But it was so messed up that I have to order a new one. It was working fine when he got there. He just didn't know what he was doing. Claimed it was common after calling his office and then he left. Now I'm left with finding a window regulator. I'm out being able to drive it safely. And I guess I'll be doing it myself. Very poor service. Especially for the price they want for it. Never trusting Safelite again. Fairly easy repair, now I'm left with a mess.F- rating this time around.

I took my car to repair two chips. The first one was fine at the place, however they forgot the second one, so they sent a guy to my house to do it, after 15 minutes of explaining the warranty, promising everything would go great, bad things almost never happened and that it all would be fine, they started the work. The chip was less than 3/8th of an inch before fixing but after it grew to over 1 inch and 1/4 ... mind you this chip happened 4 months ago and didn't grow by nothing. After seeing the results (see images) my intention of having a more stable windshield, was literally screwed, now they want to charge me $250 for replacing my windshield! What a great way of creating job security! They mess clients windshields and then claim money to fix their damages !!!! @allstate should know who they are working with!!!! #awful serviceFiling with the better business bureau and the Federal trade commission for fraud, explaining a warranty that is misleading, plus replying "sometimes works sometimes it doesn't" is unacceptable.
