Decided to shop at this brick and mortar after a fiasco with their online store. Profiled and followed, then looked at as a swindler when attempting to use the coupon that an online rep emailed me as a courtesy after their website flub. I will never spend another dime at any Sally’s store ever again.

This store is wildly unprofessional. I ordered products online and long story short - no one had any idea what I was talking about. After I ordered the products (around 6p) I called the store to confirm they received my order. They said they had not. I was told to call customer service. I called customer service, they confirmed that THIS STORE had the product and was waiting on the carrier to pick up (even though it was after their 4p cutoff time - they confirmed over and over that a carrier was coming). It was getting close to close time and I was nervous about the ordered product (that I needed immediately), so I decided to call them. FROM 7:15p TO ABOUT 8:20p, I CALLED CONSTANTLY AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE (DURING BUSINESS HOURS). I EVEN CALLED ON MY WAY TO THE STORE - STILL NOTHING. AS I WAS WALKING UP I CALLED TO SEE IF THEY WERE SCREENING CALLS AND WALKED IN TO AN EMPLOYEE LOOKING AT THE PHONE AND THEN PICKING UP THE PHONE WHEN SHE SAW IT WAS ME! They WERE NOT APOLOGETIC, they were NOT OFFERING SOLUTIONS, they were still lost about the order that never appeared in their store! At the end of this, I had to buy the product I ordered online AGAIN IN STORE. Unreal.Do not shop here if you are looking for something outside of lukewarm welcomes and employees standing behind the register, waiting for customers to come to the counter to ring out.

This place is awful. The employees their are rude and they dont care about you. Your not allowed to ask questions their because its offensive and you cant purchase something because its welcoming. These people complain too much, I recommend another place definitely.

Customer service is TERRIBLE I tried to call they put me on hold for 20 minutes (because they don’t care) I hung up to call again they ignored it. Just RUDE . And probably ugly . Sorry you hate your job sis.

They’re open before 10a! Found what I needed but barely. Supplies seem limited for what I went in for. Foot care, face maintenance products. The sales rep was helpful but .... grim? Felt bad for her. Hope business turns around for all the small stores.

Never coming here again the white lady never took her eyes off me every where I went. I went to the nail section she stood there, I went over to the brush section she stood there. Then she followed me to the line to check out and stood there. I never felt so judge to be brown walking in to a beauty store in my life it felt horrible.

Literally never going to this place again. There was a white lady who was an employee(I am Hispanic) whom I asked for help and she rudely screamed in my face and said if I can wait till she finished doing something I wouldn't mind if she said it nicely but she was so rude. When she came to help us she was rushed and didn't even answer our question so we decided to do it ourselves and she came to walk pass by us about 10 times to make sure we weren't stealing, not only that but she checked my moms purse ! Imagine how uncomfortable and discriminated we felt. When we payed we were assisted by another young lady who was nice and we payed with a $50 bill in cash and she kept giving us dirty looks and stepped in to make sure the bill was not fake. This was one of the worst experience I've had. Sally's check your employees.

Sally has a new automated system that is pointless. It takes about a minute to get through to a actual person. I called and they answered and was quickly placed on hold. Waited 11 minutes. I hung up and called again. And no answer on their end. I called a third time and no answer. What's going on with Sally's that I can't get an answer. If you are not fully staffed and have an issue with answering the phone then don't have options to speak with a rep on the phone. The answer two my question couldn't have taken more than 45 seconds. Thanks for nothing Sally's at the plant
