Staff is down right ghetto and needs training. Unable to answer claims questions and treated me as a delinquent when asking about copays. Incredibly unprofessional lab tech and all staff.

I called yesterday spoke to a gentleman re: getting my lab report to pick up He said i can go anytime as someone is always available today i came in 4:40 pm and a gentleman told me phlebotomy is gone and they are closed 4:30 to return tomorrow 8am to obtain my labs report Unsure who i spoke with
