Based on my terrible experience and review, I was contacted by a person who had a similar unresolved problem with Scotland Entry. They wanted to know if I'd provide a statement because he was considering suing. As someone stated here, run, run run away!

Do not use. Technician never arrived. After repeated phone calls, I was told that someone had called for my credit card number and when I didn't answer they cancelled the appointment. I checked my phone and no such call had been made. The owner was rude and unhelpful. Do not use them.
