Absolutely wonderful staff at this store. I’m not a professional contractor but Joe the manager and Lisandro treated as me one on numerous trips to this store. Always loved and use S.W. products and now I love their employees here. I recognize the vast majority of your clients are large, commercial accounts but you repeated made me feel like I was one of them with the attention they showed me. Much appreciated, guys. Thank you!

Horrible placeThey were unorganized.They didn't even communicate with themselves.We place an order and had to be there for ever.They couldn't even find the account name or help me with the paintTo top that out, they didn't even had paint for exterior. Really, a paint store that doesn't even have paint.

The service is more or less the only thing I didn't like is that they didn't want to do me a paint job and then the person who helped me didn't want to help me remove the paint, I had to do two. I went back to take her to my truck and I told the man to help me and he acted like he didn't listen to me.
And he doesn't help me that's why I give him. 2 stars

The truth is that the staff takes a long time to serve a person except for a young bald man and a young woman, the rest of the staff are very bad, they don't serve you quickly, they are always the same, that's why I make this dining room

Horrible customer service. every time you call their store you get placed on hold, and then someone picks up and hangs up your line. this happened to me and other customers every single time. Once you get a hold of someone, they call you "bro" instead of "sir or maam". They act like they're doing you a favor.
