“Had a fantastic experience with Annika, who went out of her way to accommodate my shipment this evening. I had a stack of boxes that took up the entire cart that were going to different destinations across the country, but she handled them quickly and professionally without missing a beat. The entire experience was better than I had expected and the value provided was great for the services requested. Scotty was also very helpful, noticing a box I had left on the counter that needed to be brought into the group with the others. The store was clean, easily accessible, and landmarks made it clear where the shipping area was located. I did not have to wait for assistance and I am grateful to Annika and Scotty for doing such an amazing job in helping me with the shipment. “My wife and I have been using this location for over 20 years. They have consistently been a fair, dependable and clean operation. Rita is a wonderful person and she hires the best. It’s a difficult and demanding job to work there, so employees have to be dedicated. When I read some of the negative reviews, I felt that I needed to address these issues. First, stamps cost more because you are paying for the convenience of avoiding long lines at the Post Office. I think an extra $3 is well worth it. They have kept their yearly box fee at an affordable rate; one of the reasons we have stayed with them so long. Yes, it would be awesome if they could bring back Saturday hours, but that would require enough increased business to pay an employee to work that day. So don’t complain about a $3 surcharge if you want them open on a Saturday. The occasional parking issues are NOT caused by Postal Annex but rather by the bread shop next door. The bread shop clientele are simply a selfish and entitled class of people. They park in front of the stores even when there are plenty of free spaces. They constantly cause parking lot congestion and show zero concern for other motorists. This bread shop does not belong in such a small complex. If they had one ounce of the integrity that the proprietors of Postal Annex have, this bread business would have moved to a larger complex to accommodate their increased traffic. However, if you do find yourself with a parking issue, simply get out of your car, go in the bread shop and announce that the person with X model car needs to move it. They almost always do. Most of them have super expensive cars and are worried someone will scratch or damage them. Just be polite. Do not start a fight over a parking space. So again, do NOT blame Postal Annex for issues caused by a completely separate business. We hope to stay with Rita and her business for another 20 years.”

Today I had a challenge on my printing needs quite challenging situation. The manager ZOE stopped ( eventhough she had a lot of work) her current duty to assist me , walk me through and then the assigned another FedEx assistant GINA to be by my side making sure , I got all my work done successfully . Both of them are very knowledgeable, great positive energy,

“Only 4 stars because of the long wait ( 1hr outside, about 2 inside just waiting) but know that I did not have an appointment. Staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful AND friendly! (Though tired, they're dealing with a lot).
1. Make sure your documents are COMPLETELY filled out BEFORE coming. If not I guess do it in line outside but bring a clipboard or something to write on. They do have a LIMITED supply of paper applications and they run out so that's why they recommend coming with your own.
2. Be prepared to wait. Bring water, headphones, a portable charger for your phone, a book, playing cards, whatever. You're gonna have to kill some time. There is AC inside and god bless them a fan (and it's hot) but there's an outside area with tables should you brave the heat (some of them have umbrellas so it's not too bad). One lady brought lunch with her. Queen.
3. Be prepared to STAND too. There aren't enough chairs. Wear comfortable shoes.
4. There are NO public bathrooms.
5. There are vending machines that are cash/coin only. Not sure if it's expensive but at least those are an option.
6. There was a fruit vendor near here and that fruit looked glorious in this heat so BRING CASH and support your local vendor.
All in all, my partners appointment only took him like 5 mins lol. Other people's seem to take way longer.”
“Best mailbox center for miles. Every time I come here the service is excellent. I needed to send a fax months ago and he did it for free without thinking twice. Old school style service. Very appreciated. Padded envelopes reasonably priced. Everything you need. I couldn't recommend a better place. A PLUS.”
