Less than cero star. Employees are chatting away and we are just standing there waiting . They don't care about customer service. This idiot AGUSTIN was pushy and when my husband told him he had to talk it over with me this Idiot said REALLY. Trying to make my husband feel bad. What kind of employees are this . Are they this desperate for their tuition that they try to humiliate customers . He also said that explaining what spectrum offers is NOT HIS JOB. OF COURSE BECAUSE HIS JOB IS CHATTING WITH HIS CO WORKERS.?????

Первый год платил 25 долларов за интернет второй год они установили цену 85$ я перестал оплачивать. Они отключили нам интернет, но продолжают увеличивать наш долг. Другими словами эта компания перестала предоставлять нам свой сервис в виде доступа в интернет а деньги брать не перестала?♂️?как так можно. Не советую никому эту дерьмовую компанию!

What a place!! I would avoid it under any circumstances.I was ripped off in this store in less than 24 hours.So, here I go... I got a new phone on the evening of 10-23-2023; by the morning of 10-24-2023 I put the new phone to charge until it was fully charged, then, I noticed that the battery phone was gone from 100% charge to 50% charge in less than half an hour... After that I called customer service; I was told I had the option to file a complaint with the phone manufacturer, when I only had the phone for less than 24 hours, or the second option was to go down to the store where I got the phone.I decided to go back to the store to find out what my options were down there, maybe a battery replacement, a phone replacement, or a return of the defective phone; at the store they offered me a phone replacement but I didn't like any of the available options.So, instead of any of the reasonable options I thought I could get, I was charged $50 more without my consent!!I explicitly told the associate that I will not pay the $50 fee for returning the phone, that that was not acceptable, not fair, and it was absolutely wrong; he told me that who can help me out with that was the manager but he wasn't there, so I needed to come back the next day, even though the associate processed a phone return charging $50 more on my card without my consent; telling me about it only after the fact, and also telling me that he cannot undo the transaction; so I got out of the store without a phone and with $50 more charged on my credit card.On the other hand the "cell coordinator" acting as a supervisor at that moment, as per the associate info, was of no help, instead she had a very bad attitude towards the situation and towards me; when I told her thank you for contacting the manager by text, she didn't acknowledge my gratitude, she completely ignored it.Shame on the associate, shame on the acting supervisor, shame on this store...

Longest Line ever don't go there with six or more employees ? rather then open a register they stand there and talk to each other that's why I started using the Kiosk due to the ✋️ Time is so horrible the store manager is ain't Social just running around Giggling laughing and gossiping?

They take non-discrimination to a whole new level. Whether you simply want to make a payment, return equipment, start a new service, or troubleshoot the many problems with this service that you are likely to have, everyone waits in the same line. I'm in the store abd I started at #12 on the list, waited an hour, and still at #7. Disatisfaction at almost every step of the way. Not recommended.

I would avoid this place if possible. I didn't want to wait for a modem so I asked the Spectrum guy over the phone if I could just pick it up at a Spectrum Store on my lunch break. I signed in and all I was going for was to pick up a modem because I upgraded speeds on my internet. Over an hour later they call my name and the girl that helped me said they weren't supposed to give me the modem because I didn't bring in my current one but due to the wait times she would do it. The guy on the phone didn't tell me that. Now I guess I have to wait another hour or more to return the modem I replaced. Don't go here.
