I requested a gel X mani and standard pedi. The paint on my fingernails looks slightly uneven, but to make matters worse, it took the nail tech two hours to complete the service, having to completely redo one nail as the gel didn't cure correctly. My cuticles are sore and cut too close in multiple places. For the price, this was not worth the 2.5hrs total I spent waiting to have my nails done. The techs were super kind, but the service was definitely lacking.

Love my new nails.. Kris always does amazing work. Amazing atmosphere in the shop. Offer's champagne or water while getting your nails or pedicure. Prices are very reasonable.

If you care about nail shape, or are very particular, this is the salon for you! Nail shape is very important to me, and I like a little extra razzle dazzle like glitter or crystals. Sugarcoat has so many BOMB options and they can really do anything so I'm loyal! I actually look forward to getting my nails done here.

Came in for eyebrow wax Very basic wax was not shown eyebrows after wax wasn't cleaned off well nor did I get any plucking to clean up the brows went home and saw that they looked the same I pretty much paid to go home and pluck my own eyebrows the whole experience From the worker felt like she was super not into it and was kinda lazy about it will not visit again.

I really wanted this to be my go to nail salon but my nails popped off after three days prior to my vacation . I got them done a week prior to leaving because I wasn't gonna have time the rest of the week. I'm very disappointed because it's expensive yo your nails done and hadn't treated myself in a while . Also one of my nails still hurts from being cut too much.

I'm a regular here and am always satisfied with my nails! The salon is a bit of a far drive out for me (45 minutes) but I can without a doubt say that it is worth it every time. I appreciate the attention to detail here and that the staff is always welcoming.

I blocked an eyebrow appointment here and when I got there I waited almost 2 hours for the eyebrow girl to get there and the environment was very judgmental feeling and it was very loud. So I most likely would recommend going somewhere else. So unprofessional!!
