While I haven't completed my purchase yet, I wanted to leave a review for the incredible customer service I've received from SupremeMed. I had a complex question and needed to gather specific information to find the right item. The representative I spoke with was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to provide me with the details I needed. They helped me feel confident about my future purchase. I give four stars because of the lack of communication. My order was placed on August 8th. Since this company has mixed reviews, I emailed customer support with my invoice to get the status. It didn’t ship as quickly as I expected due to the website saying that items ship within so many days. A response to my inquiry in August 19, just saying they had to order from the manufacturer or something would’ve gone a long way instead of no response. I don’t call customer service/care unless absolutely necessary because I have worked in a call center so I prefer email communication. If you order is urgent, good luck. I have two jobs and enjoy outdoors and wanted two boot liners since they seem to take more than overnight to dry.

These people are shady and awful…
I bought a compression stocking 2 days later I get an email saying somehow every single stocking in 12 colors somehow miraculously got damaged, they then cancelled my order after being told what was offered wouldn’t work due to missing a needed part of the stocking. When called it magically was back ordered instead of damaged. They refuse to admit they sell things they don’t have in stock, then lie about it.
shame on them this isn’t how you run a business you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Received my part and it was exactly what the doctor ordered. Service felt superficial, but they answered my questions and helped refund my expedited shipping when it didn't ship after 1 week of ordering. I'll say again, do not expect your order for at least 1 week even with expedited shipping. 5 stars if they could ship more quickly.
Our medical system has extortionist prices, going through this company shouldn't be necessary in a decent medical system. Still, Suprememed saved me over $300 by charging less than half my medical provider was charging for a plastic brace (~20 recycled water bottles worth) with foam. Thank you Suprememed!

Took six days to process my order. It'll be close to two weeks to receive my wrist brace from the date of purchase. Not worth doing business with to save a couple bucks over Amazon.

Order placed on 8/26 with 2 day expedited shipping. Didn’t receive the brace until Friday September 6. Wore it on Saturday and realized that it was defective. Called them on Monday to let them know and upon sending them pictures they sent me a return label. I mentally packaged it back up and sent it to them the next day. I was told I had to wait for them to receive it inspect it before they will send me another one out, which is completely ridiculous. I’ve now been without a brace for three weeks that I need for my knee. They received the package on September 11 and still have not shipped out a new brace.. I would not recommend fine from them

This company is offering NO SUPPORT. Ordered a brace for my kid on 5/21 and 5/29 they are saying they will "expediate my shipping" as a way to make me whole. I've already paid $150 for the brace, and need this for my kid, and they aren't providing any support. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Order placed on 2/16/24 did not receive the shipment I finally called and was told the product was back ordered and would ship on 3/6/24. It is 3/22 and I still have not received my order. As of today, 4/12 I still have not received my order

I bought a wheelchair and shower chair for my grandpa from this store because their prices were lower than other stores. And I got them just a few days later, much quicker than I thought. The only complain I had was they didn't send me an email on the day of delivery about the delivery timeline.
