This place is an actual dumpster fire. Messy, dirty, unorganized and empty shelves. It is great that they keep the laundry detergent behind glass, super convenient. They also have a large section for black owned businesses. I would recommend not to discriminate against other races and list every company in the store by their heritage. That only makes perfect sense.

Solid target I went to a few different location and this was better then the others. This one was cleaner and the Cusotmer service is better as well. I found what I needed and I will be coming back.

Always find what I need the pick up service is amazing! I order ahead of time and they notify you when your order is ready for pick up. Love that option specially since i have a baby, it relieves the stress of getting in and out of the car.

Just go to a different location or different store altogether. They make it impossible to have even a decent shopping experience. It's AWFUL. This store is about extracting as much money from the community as possible while eliminating costs everywhere they can. I can't imagine how the employees who work at this one are treated. It seems like they mostly hire vulnerable workers who don't complain. Two stars only because it exists. Great spot to have a Target but it's clear they do not care about this community at ALL. Nor feel like they have to.

I dropped by after my job interview. This Target is so Wow. It gave me that feeling upon entering from the ground floor. It has a welcoming atmosphere, well lit, organized and an impressive display of fashionable clothing on the mannequins. I would say they have a good virtual merchandiser. The restrooms were Fully stocked and clean. I just don't like the parking structure especially going up.

Won't pick up your phone call unless your calling tech. I've called them five times now. Not once did they pick up.

Bad store, main lead names Steven came out with an attitude and harassment. Talking on his phone while taking our orders.

A good Target store in the Valley. When ever i visit folks i know here we always shop at this Target. Parking structure is way better than many locations i know of. Staff are nice here except sometimes there are not enough people here to help with checking out of the store. They always have everything i need and want. Keep up the good work guys.

Don't bother going to this target for curbside service. They allow everyone to use this parking for regular shopping. I can't today and it literally took me 10 minutes to just get into the down floor where the curbside is and only 2 spots were available. Go to the Sherwood Forest and the people are so much nicer too! HUGE PLUS!!!!!

I would not recommend this location for to your car order pickup. All parking here is in a 4 or 5 story parking garage, but order pickup, disabled parking and regular customers fight over the 30 some odd spaces on first level. Even with your headlights on it is too dark and you can't clearly see which spaces are marked for pick up, plus people are honking at you to move. And forget about the workers having the ability to look for your car make and model, they will mark you as a no show and you will have already signed for your merch despite them not showing up at your window to see the code the app gives you. Don't sign till u get your merch and make sure u go through bags. They could improve by putting order pickup on a different dedicated level. Better yet, skip this location. If you are trying to do to your car order pickup.

I have been a regular customer of this location for nearly 5 years. It was a convenient location and I felt comfortable buying my products here. I could take my time to look around, and then use the self-checkouts if I had anything personal I didn't want to send past a cashier. In the past few weeks, they have installed lock boxes around the most benign aisles. Toothpaste, deodorant, face wash, shaving cream - none of these things can be accessed without pushing a call button, having your need broadcast around the store, waiting for the singular employee who has a key, and having them stand over your shoulder as you get whatever product you need. Forget being able to make purchases in private. Forget having time to compare products. What about people who have health needs that require them to look at every ingredient before buying a new soap? No chance to do that. The past few times I have been here, the time and invasiveness of having to call for the boxes to be opened has led me to simply ditch my list and walk out without buying what I needed. Simple products like these aren't worth locking up, and if shoplifters are the problem I have more compassion for their needs in these personal areas than the money of a large corporation. Target isn't special. Everything you can buy here, you can get somewhere else. This location is no longer welcoming, no longer convenient, and not worth the trip anymore.

I think I've wrote a review here before but I love this Target but you're calling system is the worst. What's wrong with you guys? I've been trying to call for the past week and no one has freaking answered I really like this Target but I'm trying to find out if you have the item I want like how hard is it to pick up the damn phone?

Well I love this place. Never packed and well organized which makes my shopping fast and easy.
