I had a really lovely experience. I spoke with Sandra on the phone prior to my appointment and then she helped me in the store look up all my insurance info. The Dr. was warm and answered all my questions. Sandra then helped me pick out a pair of prescription glasses. They both made the experience easy and stress free.

Sandra attended the front area- wow- excellent customer service! Rare to experience this type of service. Very knowledgeable/friendly. And the eye doctor I have seen twice now and she is wonderful. I highly recommend this place.
