I have made 3 orders from Touchup Direct. The paint has matched well and was easy to use. The touch-up pens are useful as well for quick touch ups. Their customer service has been great. My last order was delayed in the mail for over about 6 weeks. They contacted me and offered a replacement, which I felt was exceptional service. Luckily my original order finally arrived and I didn’t need the replacement.

Ordered for my midnight black Toyota Tacoma. Paint matched perfect. Hard part was get the clear coat to spray glossy. So waiting the 48 hours before I do rubbinging compound protectant and then wax for determined results.

I ordered a three component paint system for my green Subaru early this Summer.
My friend did not get to the touch-up till last weekend a was and realized that the paint was a different color. My warranty had expired, however, Touch-Up Direct refunded the whole original order after I complained and ordered a replacement for the color coat. This basically gave me the base coat and Clear Coat for free.
I have not been able to check the color match yet, but I am confident it will match - I just wanted to point out the honorable business practices of the company while it is fresh on my mind.

Terrible
First, they sent me the complete wrong paint that I didn’t order. After MULTIPLE emails, I finally got sent another. Second, I got the “correct” paint (or so the label says) which was Stone Blue and when I PAINTED MY CAR, I just have black paint that looks like a little kid had a creative adventure. NOT EVEN CLOSE to what my car paint looks like. (And no I didn’t submit that wrong car make, model, or year.) Not only that, but when I reach out to customer service with a picture of what happened, I was simply sent a link to their customer support page as if they’re too lazy to rectify their overwhelmingly terrible mistake. I am extremely frustrated because I wasted my money on something that made my situation so much worse.
Don’t buy this.

My order was easy to place and color easy to find. Once the tracking was available it was emailed to me and they kept me posted the entire time until it was finally at my door. The color matched my car perfectly. Very happy with the results and the company. Highly recommend!
PLEASE NOTE: Don't mistake them with TouchUpZone (Terrible customer service)

Paint won't stick to primer, primer won't stick to metal. I've almost used up my whole can of primer and paint in an area of about 4" X 4" I pick a nice warm day to paint it left it to cure almost 2 weeks. Went to wet sand with 2000 and 3000 grit sand paper and it all comes all the way back to bare metal. I didn't say anything before because the weather was a little chilly and it had an excuse but I did this in 75-80° weather in full sunlight, I don't feel like there's any excuse for it to not be sticking now. I'm just gonna take my car to a body shop and let them fix it and let this be a lesson learned.

I purchased 9 cans of paint and 1 clear coat was defective. The company would not replace even after sending in a photo. The can had a defective sprayer or something. I will buy on Amazon next time.

I bought the package. Sandpaper Paint,Gloss DO NOT PAINT YOUR. CAR ONLY A SEASONED REPUTABLE BODY.SHOP Will.do it perfectly. Trust me.$8000 worth of mistakes TUDirect: Runny paint,streaks,sticky, color wrong And if it unpredictably rains,oh boy!!? Save your pennies Go to a professional.

I received my paint today only took about a week maybe a few more days than that.color matches perfectly it's for a 1978 Ford F100 the color is dark Jade metallic and it matches great no complaints at all. I just sprayed the ashtray to check the color match it was perfect it covered really well too

Placed an order with them for paint which arrived quickly and was a great match. I needed to order a second can so placed a second order and paid for the expidited shipping so I could finish my project. The paint was shipped USPS Ground Advantage which is the cheapest and slowest shipping the post office offers. It has now been 10 days since the paint was shipped and the USPS tracking is no longer giving an expected delivery date. So instead of getting the free shipping, I paid $18 for expidited shipping on a $60 order and still have not received my item. Would not recommend to order here if You need the paint in a timely manor.
