They even went above and beyond by cleaning the back of the 26’ truck, despite the fact that it wasn’t rented from their site, but from the Saticoy location. Their commitment to customer service really stood out and was greatly appreciated.”

“Yessi is by far one of the best employees I've dealt with at any uhaul in the valley, she went above and beyond for me and my brother. When i tell you that whole 15-20 min experience was the best customer service i have ever received im not exaggerating. Having an employee like her makes it enjoyable to go to major companies, i could have went a little more expensive but a lot less headache with an offer up ad or craigslist ad but she made it very enjoyable as long as shes working there we will be coming back!!!!! THANKS YESSI SHE DESERVES A RAISE”
