They are extremely helpful in managing all amazon returns. This includes using shipping scan codes as well as wrapping up packages if needed.

The UPS Store was a complete disaster! The employee was incredibly unprofessional and rude. He had his music blasting so loud that he made mistakes while typing, and when I pointed it out, he gave me attitude.

I have been a customer and had my mailbox for 10+ yrs at this location. I have always received professional and efficient service from the Personnel at this location. In addition, I enjoy doing business with the UPS Store for any printing and/or notary services.

dont trust this UPS store with your packages as a pick up location. I sent a package here from Arizona Ups store location, for a friend to pick up and even though it was definitely received by MCKENZIE, the package is now lost and not in the store. so either they stole it themselves or they magically lost it. oh and the only solution ups has is file a claims. which you cant do because you have to go online and jump through multiple hoops only for them to say if youre not the receiver you cant file a claim. like what? i shipped out of pocket and i cant file my own claim? this place is joke and the customer service sucks from what my friend tells me when she went inside asking for the package i sent to this location.
