The delivery person , came to my building put the notice, that he missed us , and left , he need my sign for my package, but he didn’t call to my door! And they always do that!

My daughter went in this morning to pick up her package the text she received said it would be at this location, so my daughter ask “Jack” the person at the counter and he was so extremely rude to her! Jack if you don’t like your job please look for another job that makes you happy. I tried calling the store but unfortunately you can only leave messages maybe I’ll stop by today so you can talk to me like how you were talking to my 16 year old daughter!

Guys, you need to change your policy and the work process. Because it's super ridiculous. You try to make a delivery if customer not available you should to provide option pick it up at the store.(center) the same day. Or provide options for notice. Many times, I have a problem with you. I can't recommend you.

Their customer service representative Matt is a Rockstar. He helped me out tremendously when trying to pick up my package. The package didn't turn up but he put forth the effort when no one else would.Update: 2 days later and the package has not arrived. Customer service can't do anything except read what's on the UPS website, which I had already done. No one can tell me where the package is or when it will be delivered.Update #2 - Went to UPS hub since there wasn't any updates. Turns out my package was sent to Las Vegas by mistake. So far UPS os refusing to correct it by overnighting it to correct hub. Spoke with 3 reps through the CS phone number without any luck.

They are not helpful they don’t care about customers help’s actually I came today 2 time’s taking my package first time they didn’t answer and security guy didn’t answer any questions second time they are only in store 1 person working and line was waiting 20 minutes to every person!I’m never come and supervisor so mad and angry lady! If you guys don’t like your job move the your position!!!!

Zero customer support complaining to hq. Lots of excuses but zero ability to help the situation or desire to lift a finger and do their job. Why these people are employed is beyond me. Called UPS support and these idiots do have my package the old man running pickup just doesn’t understand his job but that’s ok I’ll do it for that lazy old useless bum. I’m not alone either. Same problem was called out 5 months ago. Fire that old bum and let someone who actually wants to do their job work in his place.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Mike and Lily both were extremely rude and started laughing when I was trying to pick up a package for a friend. What was mentioned on the phone was completely different from in person and I left empty handed. Truly terrible and should be a bit more educated in their field.

UPS next day air package was supposed to be delivered by noon today. No updates and no information available. Unreliable and overpriced can’t count on them to deliver on time. Still says sitting in Van Nuys since this morning.
