“Well. I bought a used 2007 Lexus RX 350 From Ata on December 3rd 2022.They were super professional. When buying a used vehicle from anybody it’s a gamble. I knew I was taking my chances driving from LA to the Rio Grand Valley of South Texas in a vehicle I had just bought a day before. Not only did it make it there but also drove it to its final destination in Central Mexico a month later. Had I had a problem with the car, I would not had blame Ata for new cars do break down as well as old ones do. They don’t know exactly what they get in the auto auction where they buy the vehicles they retail. They also take a gamble and I get that.All in all, I must say I had a very good experience with them. From the initial call to where I sat down to close on the deal. I would buy from them, shall the need arise again.”

“This is a completely honest review from somebody who hates dealing with car salesmen and dealerships... I was on the hunt for a new Forester and was ready to trade in my 21' crosstrek. I had been dealing with a few Subaru dealerships in the area and was becoming increasingly frustrated at the experience. That is, until I came across Sherman Oaks Subaru. I had submitted an online inquiry for a new forester and got an email and phone call within about 10 minutes. The email contained an awesome offer for the car I wanted which included a generous amount off the MSRP. I got the call from Tamaz and set up an appointment. I was surprised at how prompt and professional he was over the phone, yet still skeptical that this would be a smooth and easy experience. That is, until the next day when I met with Tamaz. I arrived and he showed me the Forester limited as well as the wilderness, as I requested to see this one too before I made my choice. I decided to go with the wilderness. I cannot explain how smoothly this went. He came back with all the numbers and it was just what I was looking to pay, in terms of monthly payments. There were no added fees, expenses, etc. No games, no scams; just straightforward and easy to understand. "How could this be?" I thought to myself. I then went to see Gene in finance, who was fantastic as well. He didn't try to pressure me into extended warranties or maintenance, which I really appreciated. I signed the papers and everything was so easy. I am in love with my new Forester Wilderness! I am so beyond happy with the experience I had.
