“Had the best experience here at Audi Ontario! Steven was great and had the best customer service from the moment we walked in! He walked us through every step, spoke to us with honesty and transparency, and was more than willing to work with us to make the buying experience as smooth and enjoyable for us. What I appreciated the most was that I never felt like I was being pressured to buy. We also met with Farzy who was equally as professional, friendly, and cooperative with us! Overall the whole process was great and I am beyond happy with my experience and purchase, thank you Steven and Farzy, you guys are awesome!”

“Sold my lease to them because they gave me they best offer! They came to me to examine my vehicle with check in hand! No mailing forms, no driving anywhere, no extra step or surprises. Process was simple too. Did everything on my phone :)Couldn't be happier! I'm currently starting the process to sell my wife's lease to them to get her a new car for Labor Day.Highly recommended. At the very least get an offer from them. Skip carvana, carmax, and the dealership -- call them now! Seriously... CALL THEM!”

“Frankie at Auto Land is awesome. You can truly believe the reviews on here, he’s not pushy at all and he’s completely transparent with pricing. Not to mention the pricing is very fair and the cars are in great condition. I’ll always recommend this place! They are very busy as expected since they price their cars so well, but don’t expect to wait long to be helped and the service is fantastic to top it all off.”

“The service here was absolutely amazing! I called Monday, 8/17/2026, hoping to get an appointment for my car service before I had to leave town for a work trip. I was initially told the first available appointment would be in the first week of September, but they worked with me to get me in much sooner. That was such an incredible help! When I arrived for my appointment on 8/20/2026, the staff was phenomenal. I worked with Leslie M., and she was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to help me and ease my mind by keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Leslie called me within two hours of dropping my car off to let me know the diagnostic was complete. She explained that they were waiting for my warranty company to approve the claim and that they were already ordering the necessary parts. My biggest concern was how long the parts would take because of my upcoming work trip. Then, around 4:30 p.m., Leslie called me again to let me know the warranty had approved the claim, the parts had arrived, and they had already installed everything! My car was ready for pickup that same day. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly everything was handled. The customer service, technicians, and entire staff were incredible. They worked so efficiently and did an amazing job. I cannot thank Leslie enough for going the extra mile, rushing the process, and keeping me informed every step of the way. And to top it all off, when I left, I realized they had even topped off my car with gas! What an amazing and unexpected blessing. I will absolutely continue bringing my car to this CarMax location. They have an amazing team, and the level of service I received was truly exceptional. Thank you so much, Leslie, and the entire team, for making what could have been a stressful situation such a smooth and positive experience!”

“Getting a Car from caravan was very fun experience when seeing my car come down the vending machine. Even though my car was used it was very clean inside and out. I loved the fact that it had low miles. The only problem I had was that my oil change light was on. I was told that caravan does an inspection on all the cars.I was told if an oil change was done they do not reset the light. I was still able to get my car oil checked for free with the help of Caravan. The 7 day grace period help a lot so I was able to get to now my car..”
