This fantastic museum took me back to my childhood growing up in Arleta, CA in the 1960s. Made me wish for a time portal to go back and visit for a day. Thank you for curating such an amazing collection of memorabilia that speaks to the hearts of so many "children of the valley" from decades past.

Small museum, but such an amazing array of relics from familar places that all grew up knowing. This museum does a great job paying homage to the Valley. Highly recommend worth checking out and playing on theb vintage arcade games that still work.

Awesome museum! We are in our mid 40's and really enjoyed seeing the relics from our childhood. They also have arcade games you can play for free with admission. I recommend stopping by if you get the chance!

Great hidden gem. If you haven't seen it you should! My wife dragged me to go and by the time it was time to leave should had to pull me out. Brought back so many memories.

Such a great collection of old valley and LA-area artifacts. They even have old arcade games that you can play for free. I just wish they had skee ball because arcades keep getting rid of skee ball.

Great place with very informative staff. I learned plenty from them on the Valley's significant contributions to aviation, and the Valley's ties to film and television. The exhibits were incredibly diverse with amazing celebrity, camera portraits by Roddy McDowell, interesting memorabilia from Glen Strange and horror films, school lunch boxes, signage from valley landmarks of the past, some interesting cars (a Beetle with out-of-this-world graphics) and much more.A great place to escape our not-so-rosey present and to relive the past!

Brought my son to this museum for his birthday. We had a great time. I showed him the BMX bike collection, red line bikes, movie memorabilia and all the old classic neon building signs. The stuff they have here, you will probably never see again. It doesn't exist anymore. If your nostalgic for the 80's and 70's, then you'll have a great time here. It's not very big, but you'll sure have fun reminiscing. I guarantee it. I know I did.

I wasn't sure I'd make it here on a road trip because it was out of the way, but I'm so glad I made the effort to get there because it's wonderful. There are so many interesting items and pieces of history, all displayed beautifully, and it's quite a nice diverse range of things. I really enjoyed the Universal Monsters displays in particular. The collection of signs is also really something special. The free arcade was a nice way to finish the visit off.

Really cool collection of vintage stuff! It looks like an antique mall turned museum. Definitely worth visiting.

I have wanted to come here for a while and finally got the opportunity. This a great, museum-especially if you grew up in the San Fernando Valley, aka The Valley, and you are a fan of nostalgia. This museum seems to appeal to the 70's babies or earlier. I didn't see any '20s or 30's something. But being a culture Junkie, I loved it. And if you have kids or with someone who isn't interested, there are free archaic arcade games. FYI, the entrance to the museum is in the back. Enter on the side street. This place was so interesting and fun! I got tons of great pics and they had a free arcade with pinball so that was fun. It was only 15 dollars so well worth it!
