One of the few remaining thrift stores where you can find both high end and fast fashion brands and real vintage. This is literally one of the best in all of California.

For a Chinese restaurant you want the average rating to be in the 3-4 star range for the best tasting food. Too low and it's maybe not safe or good, but too high means it's broadly appealing to your everyday Karen.
Thrift stores are very much the same. Too low means it's all garbage, too high means it's an expensive consignment shop.
This place has 700~ reviews and an average rating around 3.8 stars.

Some of the cashiers and floor workers are very clueless. You ask them something and they answer very poorly and everything is already very expensive.

Great product in the store. But the two female managers are bad with customer service.
Refused to sell items behind the counter after making me wait 25 minutes in line to try and buy it.
Bareesa was nice though. Tried to help before her manager stepped in to be a jerk

Straight up chaos every time. So many people. Usually the items are broken or chipped. Overpriced. And it's not a nonprofit. You have to pay sales tax. Cash only. Don't recommend.

Not from the area but came shopping here with my sister. I took a photo of the screen so her and I could split the cost later. We were in a hurry and I’m only now noticing how much they grossly overcharged us. Not even full price for all the items would equal this total. They had a great selection of items but I would recommend paying close attention to the total price in the end.

I purchased lots of cushions and blankets for the party next day. But the Cashier Isabela, she left some of mystuffs behind of the counter and I wasn’t able to notice I’m missing something and leave. I drove 2 hours away, and noticed that I didn’t received all my stuff.
I called them right away and the store manager received the phone call and I was asking If I can get my money back since I will no longer need it after day. And she said I can come anytime and she can give it to me.
I came today to get my money back, and the store manager said they can not do a refund because it’s a POLICY. So I told her that this was not a regular situation such as I got my items and wanted a refund. It was clearly their fault and I need a refund.
And She goes like, I’m so sorry for our mistake but it Is a policy.
I lost my speech. Her eyes that looked at me were very rude and she thought she had the power to just say it was a policy whatever it looked like. And followed telling me just her rules.
I didn’t want to waste my time for $30 so I left with my items. But I want to make a review to everyone to know that the manager of the store was very rude, not able to communicate, and needed to get fired. I guess that’s how she played over the customer using her power of the position which is nothing. Even she handed me over the Complaints&suggestions card very confidently. That seems like leaving a review doesn’t affect anything to them. Which represents this store is not a great store.
The owner should know that the manager is like a childish person when she deals with a problem that makes the customer annoyed unnecessary and makes the small problem bigger.
