Valley View Laundry Lounge is a clean laundromat with friendly staff. The facility is always kept clean and has the best cleaning machines. Employees are super friendly and helpful. Lisa is a very kind and friendly lady who keeps the laundromat clean, communicates with customers, and gives advice. Vanessa always has a smile, helps older customers, and asks children if they want to color or snacks, which helps keep little ones entertained. Jessica is incredible, and laundry continues to smell nice even a week after pick up. Parking is the only problem at times.

Don't come in at night very often but the employee who works there, I believe her name is Lisa is a very kind and friendly lady. She actually keeps the laundromat clean. Good employee. Parking is the only problem at times

Super clean when I go and LISA is very helpful she communicates with you ask if your doing good and if we need help with anything and she’ll give you advice if you have any questions

Had a great experience with Lisa nothing but friendly vibes made me feel so welcomed, the facility was CLEAN and the Machines were the best cleaning machines I’ve used
