Got photos developed and was told it was gonna cost .40 cents per photo..
Im missing photos and it cost me 35$. I only had 25 photos . Don't come here to get photos developed .

I was impressed with the warm welcome from the associates in the store. The store was very clean and isles were wide enough to transit through. Merchandise was accommodated properly on the shelf. The associates were very able and willing to help.I’m consistently amaze by the performance of the team in the pharmacy starting with the Head of Pharmacy “Francheska” I’m always greeted with a smile and addressed by name. It’s always nice to have associates acknowledge you by name. Today the Pharmcist “Miriam” was very patient with me and understanding of my situation. Thank you everyone at the pharmacy and the store as a whole. I felt welcome from the start.

Pharmacy is the worst. Never have enough people working. Photo as well. You can get your pictures yes. But looking for someone for picking them up. Is a struggle.

Today i visited the Sherman Way an Van nuys location i could not believe it i was followed around the store by to staff thinking id steal an saying look shes not supposed to bring that in here it was my pocket book an my back pack with my monthly rent an there was no way i was leaving it in front with strangers

WORST PHARMACY
I waited 1 hr in line to get my newborn daughters Vitamin D prescription just for them to tell me the prescription is not ready. It was sent 4 days early and it “wasn’t ready” they asked me to wait for them to prepare it. 15 minutes later I was told they didn’t even have it. Waste of time. ONE person helping a line of 10 people. there were 3 people in the back. The girl helping finally asked for help from another pharmacist 30 minutes before closing. Only then did they help with the line about 10 minutes later. Worst experience. Terrible customer service from pharmacist that had short dirty blonde hair, glasses and looked to be in her 50-60s was even laughing when I got upset when I was told they didn’t have vitamin D in stock.
