Great experience, especially with the pharmacist Stephanie and the assistant Timothy. Rite aid was closing its doors permanently but didn’t tell us.
When I went to get the prescription we were shocked and I had to rush to find another pharmacy where I could transfer a prescription and get it filled before everything closed. Despite being totally swamped, and having only 40 minutes before closing, Stephanie and Timothy, remained calm,
took us into consideration,
Did what they could, and thankfully were able to help us just under the wire. While i waited I witnessed the whole staff treat their customers with patience and a desire to help. Thank you Walgreens Pharmacy, Stephanie, and Timothy!

Always a pleasant greeting upon entering. The staff is upbeat and happy and the store is well organized and sparkling clean. I didn’t take any photos but I will be sure to do so next time! I can honestly say I don’t mind wandering around this store while I wait for a prescription to be completed. The only down side is i tend to spend more money while wandering. 👍

OMG IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THE PHARMACY TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I'VE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES. GREAT STAFF, BUT WAY UNDERSTAFFED AND DO NOT ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!
Their online portal for the pharmacy is not amy better and doesn't even show my prescription, which my doctor submitted, and then I received an email stating they were out of stock on a very common prescription! Still waiting and its been 30 minutes, and i'm just going to keep waiting to see how long this takes.

Not normally one to post a review, but this Walgreens has issues. Not only did the pharmacy mess up my recurring prescriptions constantly (they were always out), the photo counter messed up my orders multiple times- order was missing completely or just missing some pictures. Always wondering where pictures end up (?)... Negligence or creepiness. Either way, go to a smaller local pharmacy or photo shop, don't waste your time here as they will find some way to show how truly incompetent they are.

The woman working there, was beyond rude, hard to believe someone like this is working with the public. I make concessions for everyone, but this was blatantly way out of line.

The manager at this store went above and beyond. An online order I had placed the previous evening was unfortunately cancelled about half hr before I made it in to pick it up the following day. I was confused and a bit upset about the issue but the manager handled the situation professionally and managed to get all the items for me in no time. I was/am one happy customer thanks to her! :)

The pharmacy team is amazing! Always so helpful, patient and truly caring. The main store team is great too! I’ve never done a review for a pharmacy before but I’m inspired by this one!

I want to take a moment to commend Jack at Walgreens for going above and beyond. Even during his lunch break, Jack took the time to help me locate the items I needed. His dedication to customer service was evident, and he made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. It’s rare to find someone as kind, helpful, and professional as Jack. Walgreens is lucky to have such an outstanding team member. Thank you, Jack!

I visited the Walgreens on Coldwater Cyn in Valley Village to buy Propane and exchange a tank of Propane that had a faulty valve that I had purchased a few weeks prior. The cashier at that time was Lucia, who apparently loves her job and it shows. She was extremely polite, friendly and professional . I was on my way in minutes. Thank You, Lucia for making my day a little brighter.

I would give this store less than one star if I could. A new cashier told another cashier that he was to call a manager for gift card transactions. The second cashier said that they themselves could take care of it, leading me to believe he was a manager. the transaction was for $500 in gift cards, but the system allowed my card to purchase only $300 worth of gift cards. Never the less, Walgreens charged me $500 for a total of $300 in gift cards. How can that happen?? I asked for a manager who came out seeming to be annoyed and he told me that the system only allows for the purchase of $300 in gift cards and it may be a limit from my bank. Essentially, he told me nothing we did not already surmise. He was dismissive and reluctant even to look at the transaction. The ONLY person who tried to give me more information was a third cashier who knew more than the manager was willing to share. Disgusting customer service.
