This Walgreen’s FedEx Poin location STEALING PACKAGES FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS.Don’t ever try to ship to this FedEx point location, package will disappear.I have shipped a package to this FedEx point and package has been stolen either by FedEx driver or Store employees. Disgusting

I would give this store less than one star if I could. A new cashier told another cashier that he was to call a manager for gift card transactions. The second cashier said that they themselves could take care of it, leading me to believe he was a manager. the transaction was for $500 in gift cards, but the system allowed my card to purchase only $300 worth of gift cards. Never the less, Walgreens charged me $500 for a total of $300 in gift cards. How can that happen?? I asked for a manager who came out seeming to be annoyed and he told me that the system only allows for the purchase of $300 in gift cards and it may be a limit from my bank. Essentially, he told me nothing we did not already surmise. He was dismissive and reluctant even to look at the transaction. The ONLY person who tried to give me more information was a third cashier who knew more than the manager was willing to share. Disgusting customer service.

Beyond the specific incident, this experience has profoundly impacted my perception of Walgreens as a place that should prioritize a safe and inclusive environment for all customers. The racial remarks and the intimidating references to gang-related areas have left me questioning the overall safety of this location.As a customer, I believe it’s crucial for businesses to maintain a welcoming atmosphere, free from discrimination and intimidation. Unfortunately, this experience has shattered that expectation. I sincerely hope that Walgreens takes swift and appropriate action to address these issues, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all patrons.I remain deeply disappointed and concerned about the events that transpired during my visit, and I believe it’s essential for the management to be aware of the serious impact such incidents can have on their customers’ perception and sense of safety.”

Uniforms? Nope. Name tags? Nope. Good customer service? Nope? Understaffed, yep. Photo department? Totally worthless. Wasted three Hours of my night trying to get passport photos done and they ended up charging me for photos they Never gave me. Do NOT go here for any reason, especially the photo department.

Walgreens was always a bad store and bad pharmacy. Poorly run. Glad they are being forced out of state. The employees better start looking for jobs now out of state because no one will hire hire them in CA with Walgreens on their resume. The employees should boycott their corporate headquarters. All Walgreens will be quickly demolished and land used for needed apartment buildings.

One too many Stars here! No wonder when you walk in it is like a ghost town. Their online vaccine reservation system is absolutely useless. Twice I made a reservation to receive my Typhoid vaccine and twice they called me to tell me the vaccine has not arrived. First time was an hour before my appointment and the second time was two minutes before I arrived for my appointment. This is a corporate/computer system which poorly reflects on Walgreen's system of operation.

I needed some OTC medication and I knew that they will have it. Upon arrival, I went in that section. They have a few choices. I got what I wanted and went straight to the register. The employee greeted me with enthusiasm and asked if I found everything alright. Which I answered with "Yes and Thank you for asking". The store wasn't busy. It is clean, organized and fully stocked. Limited parking. They do have a designated curbside pick up area.

After spending 20 minutes on the phone on hold - I was told that Walgreens 'forgot' to order the medication (post knee surgery pain management medications). I asked when would the RX be ready for pick up - I was audaciously told in 10 days. I then asked the Pharmacist for suggestions on what I can do to manage the pain for 10 days given that the first 48hrs are the most painful - her response, and the reason for this post - she stated "I don't know". This a licensed professional whose job (JOB) is to help me with these scenarios - and the best (an educated licensed professional) answer she could provide was - I don't know. I said ok - she then said so you want them or not. I hung up the phone. Not only should the pharmacist feel embarrassed about such a poor response and solution - but Walgreens themselves - should read this. I'm 36 - not an 84yr old depending on life saving medications. I'm picking up a RX for the management of my intensive surgery - I am not too sure what the pharmacist thinks when she wakes in the morning. I don't know if she is aware of her role, which is to "help" people with their provider prescribed medications. Save yourself the nonsense and don't fill any RX at this location. Everyone should receive the best medical care from office to prescription. EMBARRASSING!

Worst Walgreens ever. Don’t even bother to ask for help because they won’t. They won’t even let you finish your question. They’ll just talk over you. Where is the no star at? That’s what I want to give this store.

Store is ok, but pharmacy here is super slow. Problem doesnt seem to be the staff, but all of the odd paperwork and computer system.

Ordered some items from DoorDash and this is how they arrived from their store. The item was clearly used or returned and is missing items from the box. The fact that an employee allowed the dasher to purchase it is insane but it's also insane that it was even being resold like this. On top of all of that, the meter does not work at all and DoorDash isn't refunding it. Would NOT recommend you shop here.
