Walgreens is the new rite aid:
Like other people say the pharmacists are either unhappy, overwhelmed or just rude. 3 days awaiting to get my prescription. My doctors I try to reach out to them via phone calls or fax and they claim does the been trying to reach out to my Dr without an answer.
Now they are taking rite aid patients, they became rite aid.

Everyone employs work here at Walgreens are very nice and polite.I’m shopping and I use the Pharmacy for 12 years,I never have a issue about Walgreens.Thanks….

This Walgreens has the winning combination of having half the store locked up and only 1-2 people on staff at a time. Wanted to buy soap? Sorry, the line is all the way back to the photo department and they don't trust you enough to grab it yourself. 2 stars because the one employee there was nice and trying her best, but again, JUST ONE EMPLOYEE. No wonder they're losing business hand over foot to Amazon, I walked right out and added the items I would've purchased from here for delivery tomorrow.

I had a great experience at this Walgreens, thanks to Lorena. Despite dealing with a rude customer before me, she remained professional, courteous, and greeted me with a smile. Lorena went out of her way to assist me, ensuring all my needs were met. It’s not often that you encounter such exceptional customer service, and I truly appreciate her kindness and dedication. Pharmacy is great, there's a drive thru option even. One can add in-store items to your Rx pickup so one doesn't have to check out at 2 different registers

The photo shop is the worst, all of them are bunch of idiots. I ordered a photo and frame they never made it. I got a notification that it was ready but I never got my order.

The level of customer service at this Pharmacy is appalling. The workers here are always rude and extremely slow and unhelpful. One woman in particular, Veronica is consistently abrasive, rude, and almost confrontational. I have consistently filled my orders here due to the convenience and location, but after the treatment I received today I will be switching. If you're reading this, I encourage you to switch from this pharmacy as it is a subpar operation with workers who really don't care at all about the customer . What happened to customer service Walgreens?

They are all competent, starting with the pharmacy and ending with the cashiers, they always tell you that there is no such product and then you look for it and if there is, they do it for not helping you and not working, they are only there to collect a salary.

You never realize how much you spend at these places until they do something heinous. Went through my credit and debit card statements, I average about a thousand dollars a month between prescriptions and grocery items and and odds and ends. No more. This store doesn't belong in our state.
