AMAZING nail service! I also got a lash lift and my lashes were not curled. I have gotten lash lift plenty of times somewhere else and wanted to try the new place. I am disappointed with my lash lift service.

I enjoyed my visit here. The people were very friendly and professional. My gel manicure was well done. I also had an eyebrow wax. Very well done too. If I didn't live 400 miles away from Van Nuys this would become my regular place to visit. I will return when I can

I would say by far my favorite place to get a pedicure. So peaceful, attention to detail, it honestly feels like a world class experience when I come. I get the signature pedicure with the warm neck pillow feels amazing!
And their peaceful music in the back is so relaxing. Love it

This spot never disappoints! The staff here are extremely friendly and professional and this nail spa has to be one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen in Van Nuys. Prices are very affordable especially for the services they provide. An hour of complete relaxation and peace. My nail technician this time was LJ and he was absolutely amazing! Thank you again!

I have used this shop for years and the only place I have ever gotten a pedicure for many years. Last year I got a fungus in my toenail from here, beware! Many new people who do not disinfect properly. Never coming back!

We ended up here because my daughter wanted acrylic nails and this place was nearby. She was happy with her nails. I decided get a mani and pedi since I needed it and we were already there. They did a powder refill finished with gel. 2 of my nails peeled the next day. I went back to get them fixed. I already have a grainy feel on one of the nails that was fixed ??♀️. I happen to look at my pedicure this morning and the lady didn’t even polish some of the nails completely and look at if they are already peeling. The pedicure was so rushed, it didn’t even take 15 minutes. No wonder why such a poor job. What a disappointment. I’m use to my regular pedicures lasting me at least a month even wearing tennis shoes and I’ve only worn open toe sandals since the pedicure 2 days ago. Won’t ever come here nor recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon in a long while.

I went here yesterday looking to get a gel mani/pedi. I have a broken toe nail, so I asked IF it was possible to do the pedi without water for that foot which they were able to. They did the best they could given the circumstances, which I appreciate. However my gel manicure wasn't the best. I had Gel-X which needed to be removed, I asked him not to cut my natural nail because they had grown so much I wanted to keep the length, he cut them anyway. I reminded him to keep the length which at that point was still able to save, he had cut them so uneven that he decided to trim them down some more. Finally he adds the polish, left it very lumpy and with air bubbles. Which means to tell me they will crack soon. As he was finishing with the top coat, a big glob of it fell onto my nail and skin which he just wiped off with his thumb. I figured he'd clean it with acetone, he didn't even bother. Instead he decided to pick at my skin with a cuticle nipper to remove the "excess skin & polish" which if the clean up work was already done prior to the polish, there should be no need to do so after applying the polish. I brought these issues to the person ringing me up and offered to fix it in the moment but the guy took so long I had to go and had no time to wait until someone else became available. I still had to pay full price. Very disappointed.

Ive come to this salon even though my experiences haven’t always been ideal because Sam has always done a great job with my nails but just have realistic expectations on my first visit I had the staff member doing my pedicure go into a full blown argument with another staff member mid service today I had an appointment with Laura at 5:30 was left soaking in water while she was with another client 40 mins before she even started with me and it still cost me $53 for a gel pedicure with callous removal I was there for 2 hrs I will have to find another place for my pedicures so any recommendations will be appreciated but for Sam I would come back

Went for Mother’s Day with my daughter and the pedicure and facial was great. However, my daughter got acrylic nails with lots of designs and they fell off within a week and a half! With as much as we spent there, over $400, I expected better quality. My manicure was rushed and cut short due to it being my turn for a facial which seemed to lead to some types of drama amongst the workers. But the facial was great.
Edit: I called to speak to owner since he said they can fix this but the woman who said she was manager said all they will do is give me a discount to redo the nails. She was also very rude! But why would I come back if they fell off a little over a week of getting them? And since I didn’t call right away they won’t fix for free. Never going back and I suggest going elsewhere
