The manager is rude for no reason. He literally said to me, “to be brutally honest with you, I don’t understand why you want to open a new checking account”… I did not ask for his opinion, I ask for his service. He walks around with his keys jingling from his pants, looking at his little tablet. He clearly thinks too much of himself. The security guard was arguably trying to flirt with me, which made the whole situation more uncomfortable. It was very condescending and sexists.
The manager turned me over to another one of the othe bankers, who managed to help me by listening to my concerns and providing working solutions. Except, that this other banker also lied to me, or was untrained and gave me the wrong information.
This WF team put me in a very uncomfortable situations. Their misinformation and mismanagement is literally keeping me from my money. After speaking to service reps over the phone, all they did was send me to “customer advocacy” who filed a complaint to their executive office. I had to wait half an hour to speak to them. I thought they were going to help me, I never asked to file any complaints, I wanted a solution. I’m currently waiting on their executive office to get back to me. I expect nothing from them. I’m don’t even expect them to have the decency to apologize. Any reply I receive by their bots to this review is for them to save face
I have been a customer since 2011. Their services have only gotten worse and worse every year. In 2011 I associated their brand with professionalism and class. Now, all I see is mismanagement and dishonestly.m. Im going to avoid the red western imagery for the rest of my life now, because i will associated it with incompetence and lies. 0 starts if possible. Go to Chase or Citi or anywhere else if you can.

The worst branch ever!! I been a Wells Fargo customer for 22 years and I worked at Northridge branch for 5 years. Tellers know nothing about policies and procedures. They refused to deposit a check for me because Bank of America stamped the back and they said it’s “non negotiable” whatever that means. Maybe he meant “not valid”. I called Wells Fargo and they said that is NOT TRUE and I can go into another branch and deposit, which I did and the teller did it with no questions asked.

Avoid this location. A simple transaction will take you over an hour because they only have 2 tellers working & there is always a line of at least 15 customers.
Go to elsewhere, especially if you’re on a lunch break.
These workers are soooo slow & there is no urgency to their pace.

Be ready wait to in line for 40 minutes to an hour (not an exaggeration) all the atms not working...other bank workers doing nothing to help the line... Nvm that monthly fee to have an account with them!

I'm Wells Fargo customer for more than 15 years. Recently Wells Fargo corporation was sued because I remember between the year 12 and 17 $50.00 desssapeared from my account but I was super I never claim it. The problem is not corporation company employees are the one who still the $. I love Wells Fargo the customer service they atm drive thru very nice.

Just FYI, you need an appointment for just about anything! this location is short staffed - so expect delays, also its really bad when the staff is ok stating "we are under staffed" - Wells Fargo Bank Corporation - leads HELLO! this issue needs to be addressed - No mangers available to help its upsetting! Negative starts.

I only went to request a code for international shipping for my brother, that does not require you to have an account there!!! My son forgot the keys when he came back to ask for them, they tell me to give them the account card, and I tell them just come and request a code, because you are asking me for that to hand over my keys since I had given them details of what my keychain contained . She went with me to the car and told me, give me your ID and I told her I don't have it, I just came to get a code, I opened the car and showed her my Costco card and I told her I don't have anything else, this is why she had a man with her and I with my children under the sun and the great heat, I told him the key opened my car, what more proof do you want that it is mine, I went to bring the passport home, I walked with my children, my girl has pimples because of the heat. They even bled to death, just to go get my passport and grab my keys. All of this made me wait longer. Her name is Jenny. She told me that the manager is in charge. I understand the security to deliver things, but in the The way she did it was unconscious, she saw that I was walking with my children, I told her what the keychain was like, she was walking with a guy behind her as if we were going to do something to her.
I'm not a Wells Fargo customer but the way they were treated was frustrating. It was today 02/08/2024 at 12 pm onwards.

They have one of the rudest security guard I've ever seen. He talks with people like they're ignorant. He makes fun of people who don't speak good English. He's just rude in general. I am a field supervisor for a security company and his customer service is terrible. When he's trying to speak the little Spanish he knows it sounds like he's making fun of people. You can feel the tension in the air and the the look of disgust. When people ask him for help he'll slightly help them then walk away and start yelling at them. He works for Garda world. He's about 6'2 210 pounds Caucasian male. He wears a fisherman's hat. If he was one of my guards and treated people the way yes with my company I would fire him on the spot. Security is supposed to have great customer service and help those in need. Not treat people like dirt because he wants to rush them out of the bank.

This location appears to be a very busy one therefore they should bring in more bank tellers. I walked in to cash a check the line was very long and the bank tellers were taking there time I’m guessing it would have taken 30 minutes or longer. I walked out went to the chase bank on Van Nuys blvd and Burbank I was in and out within five to ten minutes.Also this bank branch should strive to have a more diverse employment team it amazes me how these American bank institutions get away with nepotism ethnic hiring. Every time I visit this location I only see Hispanic Latino tellers who’s bilingual ( No diversity) shame on you Wells FargoA diverse team would allow the diversity of the customers feel more welcomed

The hypocrisy of the USA No diversity at all at this location. I didn’t see any White Black or Asian American bank tellers all Hispanic Latino employees communicating in Spanish it felt like I was in a foreign country I felt very out of place uncomfortable and unwelcome being someone who is not Hispanic Latino descent. I won’t ever return to this location

Could not even set up online access on my business account inside the branch wasted time.
