Love this place, I live in Arizona and visit California occasionally when I want to get away from the desert for a couple days. The boutique is so colorful, friendly atmosphere in my opinion. I am not sure if the jewelry is real gold or plated but a lot of the options are gorgeous. Kaftans are a very popular trend, don't think this type of style will ever phase out. The garments are perfect to wear to the beach, pool parties, events, and even perfect to wear whenever you do a cruise vacation. Love!!!!!!!

Went into this store again. Asa and Naija are true living dolls. Both so lovely and warm. Goddesses indeed. Thank you so so much for my dresses. Truly love the fabric, the softness and the way they feel on my skin. I think I just found my new addiction. Asa Kaftans is an amazing personable store. I am so humbled by seeing both ladies. Found my new go-to clothing boutique!! This is a very eclectic chic store started by Asa, which I remember seeing her on Shahs of Sunset. I loved her style on the show (have to be honest, I didn't watch it much) so I wanted to check it out. I was quickly met by the loveliest person, Mia. Her energy was great. She was warm, friendly and not pushy. The store has beautiful pieces ranging from kaftans to jeweled headpieces. Beautiful! They have 1 small dressing room area. It's moderately priced and comparable to the other boutiques on the same street, Abbott Kinney. I love the outfit I bought and will likely be shopping there pretty regularly!

Perfect kaftans, capes, jewels, bags & vibes! I've been meaning to come to this store since my bff told me about it. I was finally down in the Santa Monica area & had to come check out out! My bff loves this store & spilled the fashion tea in my cup. So of I went to Abbott Kenny to get my kaftan on. The moment I walked in, the vibes were immaculate. Clothes & accessories? Bomb. Shoe game? Ballerina on point. Fragrance? Other worldly. I got a hand woven Egyptian cotton cape and a couple of fragrance rollerballs. I REALLY wanted the evil eye slides, but they were out of my size. I'm going to return, of course... the jewelry was offensive. I felt personally attacked by how pretty it was! I need it. If you like big, chunky crystals, gold & sparkle this is your spot. They even have a good sale track, so if you're coins aren't coining but you still wanna treat yo self, you can get it in! Can't wait to go back!

I just received my Lion pendant and it is so beautiful. Asa truly is a goddess as is Naij. I plan on buying more jewelry from their store. In fact I just ordered the LUCKY Hamsa necklace for my best girl friend, and I know she will love it, too. Please support local businesses like Asa Kaftans. They treat their clients like their friends. It's refreshing and the products are beautiful and timeless. This is one happy man. I'll wear it proudly all over Europe and the Middle East. JA

Talk about good vibes... The moment I walked into the store, the energy of the folks that worked here was just pure perfection. Within moments of entering, I felt like I was vibing with old friends. I didn't even realize what shop I was in until after I was chatting with Asa. I remembered her from Shahs of Sunset (a show on Bravo) so was familiar with her kaftan business. I just didn't realize that my Lyft driver would drop me off directly in front of this boutique because I just wanted to be in the general vicinity since the the area is so walkable. Asa immediately felt so familiar, but not in the sense of seeing her on TV. She's just a warm, friendly, cool, positive and helpful person who is very easy to vibe out and laugh with. She shared interesting information about different jewelry, sandals or pieces I was eyeing up without it feeling like hovering. Instead it felt like collaborative shopping. For example, I was looking at a cool ring and she mentioned that Janet Jackson had purchased and worn that same ring on one of the late night shows. Did that make the ring a little more interesting to me? Not gonna lie, it did. (But I was going to buy it anyway! haha) But those little fun facts about how the pieces were made, where they were from etc, definitely lended to the shopping experience. The items are a bit on the pricier side, but in line with just about all of the other boutiques in the neighborhood. Asa also told me that she was one of the only minority-owned, women-owned and family-owned businesses on Abbot Kinney. I had no idea, but very happy to support!

What a crazy story ... The most incredible beautiful colorful store I've ever been in! After making my final selections from all the incredible items in the store, I realized I lost my phone. The owner was the nicest, kindest, most-empathetic, helpful, calming person who ultimately found my phone in a scarf basket (an hour later and panic had taken over). I love the Basket, bracelets, scents and blankets I purchased at more than fair prices. I cannot wait to visit again! Elyse - Chicago
