Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Guy working there told me I had to get a new phone number because I couldn’t receive texts on my broken phone to verify a transfer, and insisted he had “never seen this situation in 15 years.” Genuinely comical. Don’t go.

Horrible customer service from both women working at this location. Literally the opposite of helpful, said they couldn’t help me get a new phone multiple times and I had to call customer service to help me and a different store location helped me within seconds. One of the female employees was FaceTiming her friend loudly and out in the open instead of helping us even though we’d been waiting for nearly an hour. Both so rude I couldn’t even believe it.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I've been in there three times recently and all three times the employees were rude and acted beyond annoyed that someone came in for help. I just want a new phone as I am due for one and every time I've come in, it's excuse after excuse as to why they can't help - as they slurp on their sodas with dead eyes. It's clear they just don't want to be bothered. This used to be a great store with great employees and now it's run by kids who don't have any interest in working and have zero customer service. After years and years of being with AT&T, today I decided to switch to a new carrier.

The short Hispanic chubby guy scammed me. He told me I would be paying $125 for 2 lines unlimited and my bill $650 for 1 month. I am calling corporate on you guys.

I came to get a SIM card, the consultant was extremely uninterested and did nothing, gave me the most expensive tariff, although I asked for the cheapest. Horror. In the end, he just lay down on the table and said that I could go... A man in glasses, who was twitching strangely

I meant to mark excellent satisfied by Boback ,accidentally I chose wrong number saying not satisfied but I was He was great the other ones that worked there not so good Sergio shouldn't even be Working with customers he is so rude and the other two not Babcock have no clue what's going .

Franky was very helpful and had good customer service. My sim was scratched and phone not working and he fixed it within few min and gave me an esim. I recommend this store!

This used to be my favorite AT&T wireless store, easy location on Lincoln Blvd in Venice, customer service is good, but DO NOT park in the free parking lot behind the store unless you want your car damaged by one of the drug crazed homeless sleeping in their parking lot.

Going to these phone stores is never fun, but the team here makes it really good. Darius and particular is phenomenal at his job and actually cares. It makes the whole experience so much better and makes me actually appreciate AT&T.
