I have used Barry Carpet for all of my family's carpet, LVT, and wood flooring needs for 43 years. I have been very pleased with every job they have done, as they are professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating; they have an excellent selection of flooring options with a range of prices; they always charge a fair price; and the installations are great. I highly recommend them!

I just completed an bathroom flooring installation and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the flooring and the installation. Their team was extremely efficient and they left my place better than they found it. I also want to thank the owner, Jill, who went out of her way to work with my complex to get the installation approved. Our HOA is very strict with what we can do in terms of flooring, and she took time to call the managers and explain everything in detail to ultimately get the installation approved. Chris was also incredibly helpful from the moment we entered the store and began the process of looking for both carpet and bathroom flooring. I will be completing my carpet job with them next and any future flooring as well. Thank you all!

I have made multiple calls for price points and carpet recommendations. I spoke to a female I believe is the same person twice now with no return calls. You would think on the second call she would get her act together when I advised her I hadn't heard back in three weeks. As of 2-23-2022, I still have not heard back. Finally frustrated I hired another company closer to my home that is extremely responsive and provides immediate communication. Both floor and carpet measures came out the same day. A work order was prepared and carpet ordered immediately and scheduled for installation at my convenience next week. I'm not sure what's going on at Barry's but they seem disinterested in having a successful business.

No administrative or customer service skills once the sale was made. Numerous issues with product availability, scheduling, installation issues and Overall follow through. Never again.

I don't write reviews often, but I thought it was important to do so here. I have used Barry Carpet twice now, and they did an exceptional job with the carpet in my bedroom. They also did the hardwood floors throughout the rest of my condo. We had some hiccups along the way but, ultimately, I was satisfied with the experience. I would also recommend Jarely as your rep. She was always responsive, adaptive to changes, and very helpful when I needed design ideas.

I've used the fabulous Barry Carpet four times now over six years, and you won't find a more perfect service! They've installed hardwood floors, even on difficult stairs, and carpet for me, and everything is quick, clean, and perfectly executed. The experienced installers are friendly and reliable. The sales staff members are professional and responsive. The prices are good, and they have a large variety of any flooring you could want. Go in and see their samples--it's very hard to decide between so many great choices. No need to shop anywhere else!

I couldnt be happier w their work, and would use noone else! I own a salon and home in the valley, and all the flooring they have done has lasted well, and looks great. Their customer service is exemplary, always prompt and thorough, and I would personally ignore those crazy reviews from a few years ago. Nothing of those previous reviews were true, and I strongly suggest using them. Thanks Jill, Allan, and your team!!!

Jim at Barry Carpet did a great job helping us pick new carpets for our townhouse. He helped me understand the costs and timelines for installation, and didn't try to sell me something that was outside my budget. The result is that I was able to have beautiful new carpet in my home within two days of closing on the purchase. The job was done correctly, on time, and on budget. Thanks Jim!
