Beach Cities Car Wash provides a fantastic and stellar experience, with many customers calling it one of the best on the entire LA coast. The service is consistently described as incredible, with friendly, professional, and genuinely happy staff who go above and beyond. The team works like a well-oiled machine, offering exceptional customer service, and a manager has been known to reward loyal customers. The car wash itself is impressive, leaving cars looking brand new and sparkling with incredible attention to detail. Both interior and exterior cleaning are meticulous, thorough, and detailed, using what appears to be top-of-the-line equipment. They offer three packages—silver, gold, and diamond—with many finding the gold package the right level. While some note the interior waiting area is pretty dirty and prefer to wait outside, the setup itself is fun, featuring pirates and sharks to watch the automatic wash. The business differentiates itself with complementary coffee and cookies and a loyalty program that offers one free wash after ten visits. Prices are viewed as reasonable by many, with a basic exterior and vacuum costing $27.99, though some feel the service can be less deserving of a higher $40 price point. Overall, it is a great place with a fantastic job done every time, earning strong recommendations and many regular, returning customers who appreciate them so much.
You deserve this one. $70 diamond service. I was sold something I didn’t get. I pointed out where I felt the value and expected service were not aligned and I got a shrug. I just left. Stick with the expensive Gold - or, best option with self service vacuum and wash they offer. (Grammar fixes)

Brought a small SUV in for water spot removal and was charged **$400**. For that price, the quality was a massive letdown—even basic interior work like wiping down the rear seats was barely touched. Used to be a reliable spot, but recent service has been extremely inconsistent. Won't be returning.
