The customer service here is less average.
For example of you have an appointment they are over 10 min late. When you call to ask a question you are more than 20 min on the phone and then they may hang up. I am not impressed.

The atm there just swallowed up 1200 dollars in cash like it was nothing yesterday. Didn’t give me a receipt. Been a full day still no money in my account and I can’t get ahold of the branch.

Yana met me at the counter with absolute disrespect. I'd never been treated so poorly at a business, let alone a bank, in my life. You're supposed to feel comfortable trusting these establishments with your money and this woman did not foster this relationship. I'd asked for a withdrawal slip as I misplaced my debit card and presented my id, per the usual custom, and she fought me tooth and nail with a snarky negative attitude. It was so bad I voiced my concerns to her and mentioned I'd be writing this review. I usually trust chase to handle all my banking needs but this was absurd and I'd definitely reconsider going to a bank where MY money was more accessible and the tellers were more professional.

This branch should be shut down. Both teller and manager were rude. I was asking for advice on how to raise my check deposit ability through my app and the teller told me to call an 800 number rather than help. When I asked him if I would be wasting my time, his response was, "it's your choice." Ironically, Chase has been courting me to become a private bank member and to deploy capital through them. Hire better employees.

Do not come to open an account at this bank. I came and they asked me for information from the doctor who treated me when I was born. I was 30 years old. They ask for too many papers. When I was 2 months old, I closed my account. They have all my information there. I don't know why they ask for so much.

This has been branch for 20 years and now they don't answer the phone no matter when I call. It ALWAYS goes to vm and says try back later but they never answer.

The staff at this branch have always been so welcoming and helpful! My kids are always insane, but the staff remains empathetic and patient even with my own personal circus.

Karen G had the best customer service. The Asian man at the rear door at 1500 was too busy gossiping to greet guests. But yay to Karen G. So professional, attentive, and genuine.

Horrible customer service. They made us wait while the employees were chatting instead of assisting us .as we were the only clients there.
