“This was my first time inside an Old Navy and I didn't know I was missing out on these cute outfits and finds. The store was well organized with many friendly workers offering a shopping bag etc. What I was very impressed and thankful for was the customer service. They go above and beyond to help you find the size you need if it's not available in store and have it shipped to your house. We were helped by a wonderful young man with glasses. A great help to my aunty. Totally appreciated since she was looking for these specific pairs of pants for her son. Hope to be back soon.”

“What a breeze Bernie made my visit. I lucked out at the Santa Monica store when I found the v neck women's jumpsuit on sale. There was only one left and I bought it. It fits perfect and is so comfy. The only problem is I wanted it in green too. No luck. The lines were long and the sales clerks were slow. They didn't offer me any help when I wanted to buy the jumpsuit in green. I left with the one black jumpsuit. So, today I was at Farmer's Market for lunch. I popped in The Gap location at the Grove. This is how it went. I was warmly greeted by Bernie. He asked what he could go for me. I was wearing the black jumpsuit and asked him if they had any left. He informed me they did not have anymore, but he could order it for me. What!?! Wondering why the SM store never mentioned that was even possible. He filled out an order form on his device with my email, my name, my US Mailing address. Easy peasy. Gave him my card (I decided to buy three more jumpsuits). He rang my card. He said FREE delivery will arrive in 5-7 days. And, validated my parking too. Bernie was great. He was nice. He was very helpful. He knew exactly what I wanted. I loved Bernie. Please make sure he sees my review. I'd give him a hundred stars if I could.”

“I bought a buttload of t-shirts $800 @ blankshirts.com and I spent more buying directly from Los Angeles Apparel and Royal Apparel many of the brands I bought @ blankshirts.com are not worth mentioning!After a year of use the Next Level shirts held up better and were my favorites than all the other manufacturers: Los Angeles Apparel, Bella & Canvas, Royal Apparel. Kudos to the person responsible for quality control at Next Level!”

“I stopped by after an acquaintance told me to always buy aviator clothes when I come to LA. The noodles are so soft.Hoodies cost between $150 and $190. The price is high, but I think it would be a good idea to look for discounted products at the back of the store.”
