I love this Gorjana! Such a beautiful atmosphere and great customer service. I buy all my jewelry and gifts from Gorjana as I know they always will help me out if a piece breaks or tarnishes etc. Customer service is truly everything when it comes to business and that’s what keeps me coming back again and again. Julia at this location is always such a pleasure and has helped me multiple times. She is so welcoming and helpful, and makes coming in so much fun.

I stop by on a Saturday night maybe 30 to 40 minutes before closing needing help with a gift purchase. The associate Grace was very helpful. I know it was the end of the day but she didn't let that stop her from giving top notch customer service. She answered all my questions honestly , not generic or robotic. In these days where customer service is truly lacking she really stepped up to the plate. I also am very happy about the jewelry that I got for a gift. It was received very well. If your in the area give this place a chance.

I visited the Venice location this morning to replace some of my Gorjana pieces that had tarnished and broken. The sales associate was incredibly kind and patient, even though I know it was an inconvenience and a bit of a project for her to look up the info for my items. She couldn't have been nicer about it and helped me pick out some cute new pieces I'm so excited to wear. Will definitely come back to purchase more from here.

I came into Gorjana in Venice and was immediately greeted by an employee (Nikki). Nikki was extremely nice, knowledgeable and patient as she showed me the different selections they had. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Gorjana in Venice to anyone.

Worst customer service ever!!! I was given a birthday gift from a friend from this store and I wanted to exchange it for a gold necklace instead of a silver one and they said that they needed the name and contact information of the person who bought it for me. I provided the info and because they didn't have a record of the purchase in their system they couldn't help me. It was a gift! Is everyone automatically entered in their system? I'm sure some people are not. They told me to RE-gift it. Wow!! They just lost a customer and I will tell everyone to beware of shopping there.

Easily the worst service I’ve had in LA. Inattentive staff who miss parts of the order, show little concern for customers, ignore the possibly Simone may want desert and then dump a bill with mandatory service charge circled for their ‘good’ work. Food was decent but given the service I won’t be back. Manager did apologise when I paid but it seems waiting staff focus on the large groups and frankly on this occasion we’re actively very rude.

Beautiful store with great customer service! The woman there helped me find my ring size and answered all my questions. I was very excited to pick up some rings for stacking and can't wait to return. I have two necklaces and two pairs of hoops that I love. Such a great brand and really fun to collect new pieces for layering.

This company as a whole has excellent customer service. I've been to this location and the one in century city, and their employees are always very nice. I'm a big fan of the jewelry, and recently I lost one of my gold huggies. I knew I was going to just pop by and get a new pair because I loved them, and when I asked the rep to point me towards them in the store she goes "if you have the one earring with you I can replace the pair". Luckily I did! She just took my one earring, handed me a new pair and I was on my way. I was kind of blown away by this, and I was so happy and grateful that they handled it this way!
