Terrible customer service, when my family and I walked in we were not greeted at all. Stayed for a few minutes, made eye contact with the workers but was not recognized not once. They then proceeded to talk to another costomer right next to me at the same counter asking if she needed help (another white woman). Instead they were talking about my brother possibly stealing(black 10 year old). Unprofessional and ghetto. WOULD NOT GO IF YOUR A POC!!

Fantastic store and wonderful people! Always have to stop in when I'm in LA. Awesome and eclectic collection of great vintage goods. Got a KILLER cardigan a few weeks back!

As a vintage seller, this place is so overpriced I was wondering if they could possibly be serious. I made a remark out loud to my friend who was with me in the store about how insane the prices were ($85 for a basic 70s polyester T-shirt) and some lady who I presume is the racist lurker mentioned in all the rest of the reviews here passive aggressively inserted herself into the conversation which ultimately was our cue to leave. Retrospectively I kept seeing her out of the corner of my eye so I have to assume she was following us around the store. Shame that reviews like this go way back and whoever this store worker is can’t learn from their actions. Only wish I would’ve checked the reviews before I hiked all the way over to the shop.

Uncomfortable environment. Dirty clothes stored in bad conditions. Treated me like I was going to steal. Asked me for ID when I paid for my $20 item with my debit card. Not poc friendly!

Came in here and went home with the best dress. Navi was amazing! picked out a dress for me that i would’ve never picked out and it was stunning so excited to wear it for my birthday dinner. Will definitely be back.

Not worth it. For any business to be so entitled that they think people are willing to wait for eternity just to get in is a whole new level of obnoxious. And I never want to leave a negative review for a small business but that was wild.
