Couldn’t have been happier to stumble across Holistapet- their product range and commitment to using only the best ingredients for my pup is admirable. I got the CBD soft chews, oil and treats and to my surprise, my super picky pup can’t get enough of them! Love this company and recommend to all my fellow pups parents.

I have been buying the CBD mobility treats for over a year. They work great on my 11 year old German Shepard. However for the price of these, they should not be broken into pieces. The last 6 shipments have arrived in crumbles. The customer service at Holistapet is pretty nonexistent, and I can’t find these type of CBD biscuits anywhere else, so I will just deal with it! So…5 stars for product effectiveness and 1 star for customer service and product delivery.

My dog’s anxiety would get so bad that it was almost impossible to get her out in public or leave her home for a few hours. Thank you HolistaPet for giving me my dog back! With the help of the chews and oil drops my sweet girl is back to enjoying social outings, overcoming separation anxiety and enjoying restful sleep.Customer service was excellent, you can tell that this company really cares about their customers and their fur babies.

While the product is awesome (Hard Treats For Cats), their customer service is the worst I ever had to deal with. Too sad, a company like Holiday Pet doesn’t make improvements even though there are plenty of reviews about their inferior customer service online.Also, improvements are needed on their website, especially adding payment information. It took me several tries (I mean more than a dozen) for the system to capture/accept it, with absolutely no help from customer service, even though I called an emailed them repeatedly.

Excellent product - don't wait - it really works! We had a 60lb older dog with cancer, she was resilient enough to fight the cancer for years, but she had lost some of her appetite and especially had discomfort in the mornings and evenings, I ordered the CBD chews and it made her act younger than she had since we first discovered the cancer! It isn't a cure, but it certainly helped her last years be more comfortable and happy - I can't thank Holistapet enough for that fantastic gift.

Last year our lab Maisie was having mobility issues and I was referred to HolistaPet by a friend of ours. We signed up for the monthly subscription of CBD Dog Treats + Joint & Mobility Care - 600mg.In the beginning they were delivered timely however they have failed recently. We are charged on time monthly and in the beginning the orders were filled quickly however this last month we never received the product. We emailed, chatted and called over a dozen times and have yet to receive any replies. The order is now over 2 weeks late, still no reply, and it appears that they fulfilled it after receiving notice we were cancelling. Our issue is with customer service. There is none. They don't respond at all and make you wait for hours on hold listening to horrendous music about a person who is on hold. Ironic. Needless to say we cancelled the subscription, though it says "pending" on their website, I do not trust them so will contact my bank and inform them to not allow changes from this company anymore. Good bye HolistaPet, we are taking our business elsewhere and will strongly recommend everyone heed the numerous 1 star reviews of this company. I look forward to your nonsensical reply, or maybe not....

I've been ordering CBD oil for one of our dogs from this company for the past year and half. Everything has always gone smoothly. They take the money out, ship the product in a day or two, and I receive it a few days later. Well, that is, until a week ago. They took the money out 7 days ago and my item hasn't even shipped yet! I've called them many times to see what the problem is but they don't answer their phones anymore. A recorded song comes on and no one ever comes to the phone. I looked up reviews and, to my surprise, many people recently are saying the same thing. It makes me wonder if they're going (or have gone) out of business. I've requested a stop put on my payment from the credit card company. At this point I no longer trust this company or their product to give to our dog.Edited after seeing reply: You did not send any email other than the email saying my money had been taken out. I don't want ANOTHER email. The only thing I want from you at this point is my money back for a product that was paid for and never shipped! I want my refund, that is all I want from you!Edited again: Sure, you heard from my credit card company and decided to ship the product. I threw it out and deleted my account. You think, after what you pulled on me and on others, as they've told of experiencing the same thing on here, I would trust your product anymore? I would NEVER give our dog your product now. You're no longer a trustworthy company!

I have a 8 months old pug who is full of so much energy and at night I have been using the Melatonin treats to help settle her down. She absolutely loves them! I can’t wait to introduce her to additional treats within the brand. ☺️?

I LOVE their CBD products and their harness!My dog is very high energy and gets nervous very easily. He's had a lot of issues with destroying his bedding and other furniture when he gets scared. For last 4th of July, I gave him a set of the CBD calming hard chews and it put him right to sleep! He didn't react at all to any of the fireworks around the house.The harness is also fantastic! It's super easy to clean, he doesn't fight me to get it on like he has with other harnesses, and it's so soft, he doesn't hurt himself when he pulls.

I love the salmon tincture for my cat! She has trauma from having had lots of surgeries, and I can put the tincture on her favorite treats before traveling to help calm her down.It's easy to use, too -- I normally put a few treats in the palm of my hand, add the drops onto them, and let them soak in for a minute. She'll eat the treats out of my hand and lick the rest of the tincture off my palm, she likes the flavor a lot too :)I haven't tried the chicken formula for her yet, but that's next on my to-try list!

Ordered CBD Oil and Dental Sticks for my dog. Order was shipped promptly and we received everything packed neatly in a beautiful box. We love the added benefits of the hemp seed oil in the tincture. The dental sticks are made with such clean ingredients- by far the best on the market.
