Disgusting and unprofessional behavior by the staff at this location! This store employee is extremely homophobic and prefers to call people "non-passable" and a "brick" all while flying their all inclusive sticker on the door. Makes me sick to see infighting in our community and need to hold these people and companies accountable for their actions!

I’ve been to this location several times. Staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me with complicated returns across multiple orders - they’re truly legends. Inventory is a bit limited as it’s a smaller store, but they have most core items and all leggings/pants in stock generally. You can also order in store for anything not available on the floor, or they’ll look up local in-stock sites for you. Glad to have this location on the west side.

I was at Lulu with my mom yesterday and I had such a great experience with the girl working there. I think her name was Alana. She was so sweet and helpful. My mom and I were both very impressed.

This location literally never opens on time (supposed to be 10am, the past three times I’ve come it’s been anywhere between 10:15 and 10:30) and has the worst customer service. Employees are typically sitting behind the desk on their phones rather than opening the front door to customers and helping them find sizing.

Oh, Lululemon, what a delightful store you are! I recently had the pleasure of visiting your establishment and let me tell you, it was an experience like no other. From the moment I stepped through those hallowed doors, I couldn't help but marvel at the sheer audacity of your price tags.Yes, price tags! Can you believe it? I mean, who in their right mind would actually expect to pay for the stylish workout gear you offer? It's not like the designers, manufacturers, and employees need to eat or pay bills, right? I must commend Lululemon for being so generous in displaying those unnecessary numbers next to the merchandise. It really adds a touch of whimsy to the whole shopping experience.As I perused your racks of leggings that are clearly spun from gold threads, I couldn't help but wonder why you bother with such trivialities as monetary transactions. Surely, a store as magnificent as Lululemon should just give away their clothing, accessories, and everything else for free. Who needs profit margins and sustainability when we can all simply bask in the glory of your products without ever reaching for our wallets?And let's not forget the exceptional service I received from your salespeople. Their indifference was truly inspiring. I mean, who needs enthusiastic employees when you can have staff members who look like they'd rather be anywhere else but helping customers? It adds an extra layer of charm, really. I especially enjoyed the way they rolled their eyes when I dared to ask about the price of a particularly stunning sports bra. How dare I?All in all, Lululemon, I must say you have truly captured the essence of shopping in the 21st century. Why bother with pesky things like money and profits when we can all just have everything for free? Your price tags, although utterly unnecessary, do add a certain flair to the shopping experience. Bravo, Lululemon, bravo!

Went in to return some items I purchased recently and the experience was lacking.I've been to plenty of Lululemon shops and I've always felt like the employees are eager to help and generally very animated when talking to you, but the person that took care of my returns was anything but. Almost made me feel like I was doing something wrong, making a return ????????♂️.Suppose I should have just gone to one of the Culver City or Century City locations.The selection of clothing they had looked good though.

I'm an avid Lululemon customer and love their apparel. However, their customer service at this location is subpar. They make it very aware that they don't want you in their store unless you're going to buy something, as it affects their sales percentages. Too corporate compared to many other friendly Lululemon locations.
