Customers can find great deals and great prices, with everything on the floor to try on. Parking is tight at the new Venice location, which is smaller than the previous one. Some customers reported not finding help or specific items like hiking boots.

Very nice store with a good selection of affordable shoes. If they don't have the size shoe you're looking for they'll gladly check the surrounding DSW locations and have them hold that shoe/ item for 2 days... super cool! My wife loves this place and it's definitely growing on me as well ☺ Thank you!

I had a good experience. The staff working there was nice. I thought there was a good shoe selection. Everything was organized. They had my sizes.

The parking in this shopping center is the worst!!!! Over all store is okay not very good deals as the other location
