They sent me one size bigger sandals than I ordered. How difficult is that process?? Really. Is the personnel that incompatible? Never happened to me. Now I have to hassle w return/exchange.

The marina location was so much better. Who wants to deal with Lincoln blvd or the parking situation here? More drama for a smaller selection.
