I’ve been renting at this public storage for the last 5 years and it worked out great! The regular crew that’s William and Kevin are really helpful and attentive, they need a raise! All the issues that public storage had, like the week when the facility was inaccessible, the guys were very helpful. Not their fault but they helped a lot of people sort it out. Great guys!

As a long term customer to Public Storage l would like to thank Kevin for his very thoughtful and helpful customer service. I came to pay my storage fee to the Venice facility for a unit in another So Cal location. He voluntarily made an inquiry to my account and managed to find a promotional deal that substantially lowered my fee for the next six months. I appreciate PS and this young man’s solid service!

Have dealt with Kevin for 7 years and he has always been courteous, helpful, and kind. Always with a smile and willing to help in any way he can. ALL employees should follow his example. I give him a 10 out 10, or 5 stars.

Very clean and well organized storage. Staff were super friendly. Kevin, gave me a great tour of the storage and was able to explain everything so thoughtfully.

The storage is safe and clean. I have never had any problem there. The staff tried to accommodate and help us as much as they could . There was a miscommunication with one of the staff which has been resolved. Thanks to William and Kevin for your great services.

William and Kevin are the best storage managers I've ever had to privilege to rent from. These guys go above and beyond to keep the place safe and clean. Compared to other storage facilities across this beautiful nation they're in the top tier for sure. Thanku Will and Kev for being so amazing ?????
