I have been going here for about five years and recently their customer service has tanked. Normally they are super nice, but the last time I went, the gentlemen who helped me seemed overwhelmed and swamped with work. Not his fault, but as someone who struggles with PTSD, his rudeness left me feeling uneasy. I came on a Saturday (probably their busiest time) and was told that it was a 35 minute wait. Even though my doctor had called it in more than an hour prior. That 35 minutes turned into an hour. Not anyone’s fault. I just wish they trained their employees better to deal with those who struggle with PTSD. I will not be using this pharmacy again.

It's a drug store. It has the things you would expect a drug store to have and a few weird things that you wouldn't. Overall, they have an above-average makeup/personal care selection and the pharmacy is lightyears faster than the CVS down the street.

The store is nice, clean, and bright. It is my regular, go-to pharmacy. The pharmacy is anything but. The pharmacy staff GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY to make you feel unwelcome. Never, ever a hello. It's just them barking out, "Birthday?". They display a complete lack of customer service. I purposely ask them how they are just because of how uncomfortable they create situation. It's extreme and overboard, and they need an overhaul on customer training.

Never thought I'd be leaving a review for a Rite Aid but the people working at the pharmacy are just so rude. I had an urgent prescription that I dropped off and the staff was not willing to expedite in any way (which is fine, I understand people are before me) but to be rude about it was not appreciated. I spoke with several people and the tone of voice of each one was just not nice. After 2 hours I called to check on the prescription at which point the representative struggled to pull up the status and then told me it would be another 2 hours! I've simply never had a prescription take this long and never received such attitude around simple questions I was asking. Overall they made a bad day worse and I definitely will not be going here with any pharmacy needs again.

This is my neighborhood rite aid so I recently purchased something for New Year’s Eve. I didn’t use it so decided to return it unopened. I had a really rude employee tell me they don’t do returns. She also said that she didn’t see me come in and that I shouldn’t be taking what I brought in with me because of that. Completely unnecessarily rude.

I'm at home with Covid waiting for my prescription to be filled at this Rite Aid. When I call to find out, I'm put on hold for 21 minutes. When I hang up and call back, a guy immediately picks up the phone. When I tell him that I've been on hold for 21 minutes, he could give a flying...you know what. Tells me they're under-staffed and if I don't like it I should "call corporate." Since there is no "corporate" number to call on the website, I decided to write a negative Yelp review. Turns out this business has many!

It's a mixed bag at the Pharmacy and it really depends on who's there. I had previously received two of the COVID vaccinations there and they were great. The pharmacist was kind, efficient and the shot didn't hurt. Today, I went for my second booster - my fourth COVID shot and when I checked in, they talked about how they were adding extra appointments and how annoyed they were about that. This is when Los Angeles is talking about implementing indoor masks again and many people are not getting their second booster shot - only 15% of eligible people are when the numbers for those infected with COVID in Los Angeles are rising. Why they had a need to complain about adding extra appointments so people get their booster shot is beyond me. What else is beyond me is why they had me waiting while I heard them gossiping/complaining about their schedules and their co-workers work schedules. Really? When I told them I can come back instead, they said the pharmacist is getting my vaccine ready. I don't think it takes 15 minutes to get my vaccine ready. It has never before. When he brought me into the room, with my sleeve already up for my right arm sleeve up so he can give me the vaccination and after he put on his gloves, that's when he looked to see that my I wanted to get the shot on my right arm. He said he had to move the chair around so he can give me the vaccination and didn't change his gloves. How sanitary is it for him to move the chair with his gloves on and then use those dirty gloves to pinch my arm to give me the vaccination? Also, I have never had anyone pinch my arm to give me a vaccination. Lastly, it hurt. This is my fourth COVID shot and it has never hurt before when the needle goes in. It's slightly uncomfortable when the vaccine goes in, but not the actual needle. It made me feel like he was punishing me for letting them know that I told them I can come back since it was taking so long - while they were gossiping/complaining about their work schedules.Next time, I will not go to RiteAid to get a vaccination and I suggest others to not as well. The best experience for my COVID vaccination was Costco on Washington and that'a where I would recommend since the pharmacist there was gentle, kind and didn't use dirty gloves to give me a vaccination.

I have always been so impressed by the staff in the pharmacy here but today made me realize they must be severely short staffed and this is scary. I tried for two hours to get through the pharmacy to give details in order to refill a prescription that was urgently needed. I am now on the way to urgent care because what I thought would be a relatively simple task was impossible

Diane, Violeta, and Johnathan where quite literally the sweetest pharmacists i've ever encountered! They helped me find a great deal on my medication that is no longer being covered by my insurance, literally saving me! Never going anywhere else now

The pharmacy staff is excellent. So friendly and constantly going the extra mile. The staff is always looking out for my best interests in medication prices and refills. Highly recommend.
