The bathroom does not have a lock on the inside and an employee entered the code and came in while I was in the bathroom..............?????????? How is this place still in business

I had the best experience this morning at Staples in Venice. I needed to print invitations for my daughters upcoming birthday. I was helped by a wonderful associate, Ashley who was dynamic! There was a heavy flow of customers who needed all kinds of help in the Print Center and Ashley handled everything and every customer with Stellar service. She was able to get my invitations printed within in an hour, Beautifully and even helped me decide on some of the smaller decisions. In this fast paced world it’s so nice to receive genuine care and customer service which will definitely keep me a recurring customer. Thank you Ashley and also checked out with another wonderful customer service rep Vanessa. Thank you Staples for remembering the importance of hiring valuable representation who serve with excellence.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Jorge, the GM, went above and beyond at the print center! He figured out work arounds to all the issues I had on my end with sizing the images and on top of that was super friendly. Best Staples I’ve been to by far.

The iPostal1 pick-up service here is poor. You have to wait for unreasonably long periods to get your packages and sometimes they don't find them at first and then they have to go back and check again, taking up more of your time.I also use this Staples to return Amazon orders, and that works fairly well.2023-07-25 update: I went to pick up mail again. Some staff I interacted with were not equipped to help me well. It took me 15+ minutes to pick up my package (the store was not busy).

Customer service is poor. The employee I spoke to was just flat out rude. I asked why the price for self printing was much more expensive vs. ordering online for them to print for me (I didn't have 24 hours to wait). My tone was neutral. Direct quote from the employee: "I don't understand what you're asking. You're making me want to hang up on you." Then she hung up, without a word. Luckily I just called the other two Staples in the area, which are both much cheaper and worth the extra 5 min drive for helpful employees and pleasant, respectful interactions.

The worst customer service every time. Paid for same day print, didn’t happen and they wouldn’t help me. Had to leave the store and call corporate for any guidance.

This place is great because of the guy at the Print and Marketing called Renee. I was there for an hour doing some computer stuff and he really helps people out.So many rude people come in with a mean attitude and he is so calm and helpful to them regardless. He treats everyone with kindness and great service. Such a rare worker. Give him a raise!

Only picked no up in Amazon package at the hub there but I have been there before and bought things and it was rather pricey in the staff. Was kind of rude but otherwise it was bad. Wasn't bad. They have a good selection

Tried to print business cardsGot a call in the morning to say they didn’t work out well and when the line got cut they didn’t call me back. I tried to call them back but it goes through to phone operator.Went to the store and the business cards were not good quality as there was a white line around the edges and some of the design was cut off which didn’t show in the proof.Didn’t even get to keep the samples to see how I would change it next time.The staff were also trying to convince me it was all fine.I’ve had much better experience at staples in Vermont than this store

Ashley in the print shop is the BEST! every experience with her is amazing! I know I am in good hands and she cares about producing great results and I can always trust her guidance. I will call her first for all my print jobs from now on.

The worst Staples store I have I have been too. They sell you electronic equipment and then refuse to take it back when it doesn't work. I bought a lemon printer and they refused to exchange it. No way will any of my companies use Staples again. This store sucks at business and makes a mockery of business people like me.

Best shopping experience in a LONG time....I went in to recycle my old printer that finally gave up after years of great printing. I was looking at new ones and within 2 minutes, a very friendly and helpful sales associate named Rene approached me. He listened to my needs and gave me excellent and prescriptive advice on which one would be best for me based on what I told him. He didn't pressure me and genuinely partnered with me in my quest for a new printer. I had been researching online, but his guidance helped me find a great printer that fits in my space, does what I need and eliminates my constant search for the correct printer cartridge. He even offered to carry it to my car for me in the pouring rain. I ended up buying the HP ENVY 6055e Wireless Color All-in-One Printer. I had it up and running within 15 minutes and it is perfect for my needs. This is why we still need brick and mortar shops that hire smart and engaging people like Rene. This was one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a LONG time. Thank you Rene!

They have some nice selection. Sometimes the store looks really clean other times in between, but definitely a place to look at is still good to have stores.

Was able to make a happy return very easily! Everyone was nice and friendly! Although I was in the store just briefly, I really appreciate how everyone knew about happy returns and was able to assist me with it since it's my first happy return! :)
