I have purchased many items from Vince clothing and at first they seemed well made but have noticed a trend recently..... in a short period of time the lack of real quality shows. Latest examples are a hoodie which lost its shape and became flimsy after just a few months. The killing blow for me was the 'fine" cashmere sweaters I recently purchased. One was blue and the other grey cashmere cable knit...the knitting came apart a little after several months. Unless I used them for contact sports this should not be the case. Minor repairs were possible but shouldn't happen. Only one striped sweatshirt and a couple of polo shirts have lived up to my expectations. Not a great track record for me. There are other designers which offer quality that's expected in this price range. To be clear, this is nothing against the Vince store or management at all, this is strictly a critique on the quality of the merchandise I have experienced.

Amazing service, great store presentation and staff with personality. Their clothing is so soft, I love their cashmere. Their shoes are so classy. I'm probably gonna come back.

Loved the new arrivals!! Went in for a couple of long sleeves and jeans but needed helping finding the right fit. I must say, customer service was top notch! Friendly and knowledgeable staff who even gave me styling suggestions - god knows I need them haha! Thank you guys!

Came in for some joggers and left in a full sweatsuit. Super soft cashmere. Staff was also very knowledgeable and kind-hearted.
