My boyfriend and I were celebrating our 12 years together and really didn't have much planned. But boy was I wrong about that. He had planning this for weeks to propose on our 12 year anniversary. I had no idea or clue he was going to propose to me. He proposed that morning after our breakfast, It was so casual and beautiful and he got down on one knee and asked me for my hand in marriage and I said yes! I was so happy and excited and the ring he chose was gorgeous. Now I can call him my fiancée instead of my boyfriend. Thank you 4j jewelers for making our 12 year anniversary memorable. We definitely will be back to get our wedding rings as well.

they suck big time I bought a necklace that they said was white gold only to find out later from another jewelry that the the cross was white gold but the necklace was silver I looked into it more and sure enough it was silver they acted like everything was good so I can go ahead and purchase.. scammers if u ask me. I went back before I knew about this to find something else and this older lady in her 50s was SUPER rude. NEVER again

We were looking to sell a couple of old gold chains and we inquired at several other jewelry stores, not only did they offer us the best price, they offered us a fair exchange for another beautiful chain. They had the best selection in jewelry, would absolutely recommended and buy from them again.

Rod is absolutely amazing and phenomenal to work with. We bought my wife’s wedding and engagement rings from 4J almost 7 years ago and went back to 4J to get her ring updated earlier this month! Even while we live out of state Rod was extremely patient and helpful in helping us find the perfect ring! We will for sure recommend all our family and friends to 4J!! Thank you again Rod :)

My husband purchase my wedding ring at 4j Jewerlers on 7/10/20 the nxt following day the mall closed due to Pandemics. In the mean time I have a ring unable to wear and the Mall reopen around Aug- Sept A month later some my Diamonds fellI out took my ring and I had to purchase the diamonds because they didn't stand by there product. I was able to buy insurance with 4j jewelers where it stated lifetime warranty jeweler crossed it off and wrote in Pen 2 yr warranty. Well 6 months later diamonds once again fell out I took it back. They stated to leave it and they would give me a quote for the work I told them I had a warranty. Yet here we go again them blaming me that I may have done something to my wedding ring. It was fix after numbers calls to the jeweler and going back and forth . Yet here we are again and my diamonds have fallen out again the ring is a lemon yet I love my ring cuz it's my wedding ring yet the Jeweler has made it impossible for me for truly treasure My ring. If there was a rating for -5 they would get it. There are many jewelry store in the Mall DO NOT go to this Jewelry store. They are not straight shooters and will give you the runaround when something don't go right with your jewelry. Highly disappointed in their service!

I honestly regret buying from here and wasting my money. Especially a place that has fake diamonds and lies about the payments and how much payments will be. Within a week one diamond falls when I was literally just driving. Me and my fiancé go to get it fixed or do something and they said it’s not their fault that I broke it doing something. All I was doing was driving. So of course all we do is I guess get it fixed ,which they said they will call or text us and let us know when it will be done and the pricing. Almost a month goes by and no call or text. We go and ask them what happened and the owner I believe, some older lady says it’s backed up because the jeweler got covid. We understand,but when you’re not communicating with your customers it looks bad and not professional. At this point I want no business with them. All I wanted was a refund and take my money somewhere else. Oh and then my fiancés diamond fell out as well and we had just gotten a new one because of resize. So explain that. And they still ask to get warranty. like no make better quality. So disappointing.
