Loved this place. I Went in for bracelets, there was a guy there that helped me, he was nice and informative.☺️

This one star is for some of the beautiful crystal art and unique gifts they have! Unfortunately the customer service is awful!!! My teenage daughter bought us gifts from this store. We love the crystal trees we got but my husband's dragon was broken on the face area and the broken part was not inside the box which means it was previously broken. When I enter the store and told the cashier she directed me to a gentleman that literally told me to calm down when I was giving my explanation. I have over 20 yrs in customer service and sales. You never tell an unsatisfied client to calm down. You let them explain their dissatisfaction. Btw I'm a very intense person when I'm expressing myself so there was no need for that. But it gets worse. I was on the phone with my daughter and mistakenly heard there was another store downstairs where in fact is at the corner next to target upstairs so the gentleman said you didn't buy here when I have the email receipt. This is the second strike in bad customer service. Then he takes me to the corner store where there is an older lady the owner I'm guessing. So again trying to explain to her and they start saying things in Spanish well guess what ? Español es mi primer idioma. Spanish is my first language! They were basically saying they don't sell broken stuff. So told them my daughter didn't break it or has a reason to lie. They agree to hand it to me outside the store and the lady threw the box at me!!! Third an final strike. They will never see a dime from me ever again!!! There no American Vision about they way they treat you!

Woman was rude from the start, I had to grab her attention so I can try on a ring I wanted and immediately she started showing me other rings saying the ring I want isn't my size, like I don't know my own ring size. I had walked in with my boyfriend but we separated as we walked into the store. She noticed my boyfriend and while in the middle of me telling her for the 3rd time which ring I wanted and she basically dismissed me and ran over to help my boyfriend but my bf noticed started walking towards me. My boyfriend called her out on what she was doing and he told the lady what she did was rude and we weren't going to be giving her business and she tried apologizing to him, not me the one she was rude too the whole time. (For context on why he told her we're not buying anymore is because she was secretly being racist towards me) She rather go help the white guy who looks rich than the black girl dressed alternative)

Cool items but I’d recommend to go to Etsy or another local vendor who cares about their items / shop. The older lady who works the counter is very rude and made very inappropriate comments in Spanish. She is probably pushing customers away.

This is one of my favorite stores! I enjoy all of the unique, authentic Native items. They have some beautiful merchandise. The family that owns and operates it is very welcoming and helpful. I always enjoy going in their store. I often see them with a booth set up at the various pow wows that I attend.
