“Love this place, but don't expect to be able to browse around. You can ask for what you want at the door and they'll bring it to you. Really sad, as it's an awesome place to get whatever paper you need or want (& many you don't even know about that are better for whatever you need!).We'll all be SO glad when this pandemic is over! There were several small feathers, some under 10 inches and only 1.5 inches wide and not enough large feathers to use for what I was making. When I notified the company about my concern, they graciously offered to have the feathers returned and waive the restocking fee. Thanks for the great customer service.”
