Jonathan helped us immediately with our new iPhone 13's. Cellular wasn't working on one, and both needed screen protectors and cases. And got some free accessories thrown in. Great service. Helped my mother in law upgrade as well.

This is really the best location to get anything related to your personal or business account handled. Like any other store it gets busy sometimes, so going early makes a difference, and like any other store they will try to upsell you. However, certain sales people or standards: ask for Brianda or Steven for careful and helpful support

I have visited this AT&T store many times before my meeting with Brianna Jimenez- she was amazing, professional, knowledgeable - didn't try to sell me things we didn't need. We left with fully functioning Iphone 13 pro maxes with chargers- no issues since! Less than 1 hour!!!Contrary to my other visits where we left frustrated and with more issues.

I went into the ATT Pacific View Mall to purchase 2 new iphone 12 pro max's for my wife and I. The result of that visit has been many hours spent on the phone trying to fix all that got messed up from the visit. All I wanted was two new Iphone 12 Pro max's...nothing else. What I got:- was a plan change that I did not request.This caused my bill to go higher-The addition of a plan called Nex to trade in your phone. I did not request this plan or its additional $10 monthly charge. -I also find out that the $250 I put as a down payment was not credited to my account causing my phone to have a higher monthly payment. BTW, The charge for the down payment had posted to my CC account.I spent hours on the phone trying clean up this mess. At one point they asked me to bring my receipts into the ATT store to clear things up....which I did. It did not go well.....at all. I was treated mind boggingly badly by the store supervisor. She was shockingly rude....has no clue how to listen to a customer who has already been put through the ringer on the phone. And ultimately refused to help me with the screw ups her sales person unloaded on me. I am 64 and have never been treated so shabbily by a representative of a company. I was upset, but never rude or disrespectful to supervisor.She did nothing but make a bad situation horrible. The store manager ruined 16 years of loyalty to ATT in a single 5 minute conversation.My response to all this aggravation was to call back ATT and find out if I could get out of my contract and return my phones. I've been with ATT since 2005. What ultimately happened:The answer was no. I was 8 days past the refund limit. What they did do for me:-Gave me a $50 credit for my trouble.-Gave me $345 credit for the difference in price from my old plan to the new one I am now stuck with.After being a happy ATT customer for 16 years I am now searching for another carrier due to the actions of the sales person, and her Supervisor at this particular ATT store. During my conversation with the supervisor I had asked her for her supervisors name and contact information. She gave me a wrong name and number. I made an appointment on line and showed up early for the appointment. Someone came over to ask if I would like to check in I said yes I made an appointment for 3:30 and he walked away. 15 minutes later someone else comes up to me and asks the same question and walked away. Another 15 minutes later after my appointment time I walk up to someone shocking in the store and ask how much longer it will be for my 3:30 appointment and she then tells me it will be another half hour.

I tried ATT Internet at my house. They finally sent a good tech out to change the modem and make it stable. The main problem is it is old DSL service on wires instead of fiber. The service download speed is 10 MB.They charge the same price for 100 MB Internet in newer areas. They need to upgrade their equipment or stop offering Internet. Paying for 100MB and only getting 10MB is stupid. Don't do it.
