Went there to get a phone upgrade and was met with unhappy faces and it took forever. Ultimately they didn't have the harddrive size and kept trying to push get their smaller one in store. They ordered the phone and the phone ordered was with the same size small harddrive!! Bad customer service at this store. AT&T has also been charging me double insurance on top of phones w a family plan that came from that store too for over 3 years! so just be aware they have bad upsell practices there too.

Giovanni was great . He listened and
helped me in spire of my frustration with my daughter’s ATT phone service in Europe. He actually problem solved a couple of solutions which may or may work depending on her phone. I appreciated his Professional service. The problem was not so much with ATT but the IPhone. Hopefully the esim will work once She has wifi…

Paul was an increfible help to me this afternoon. Patient, professional and went far beyond my expectations. I am 66 years old and a trip to AT&T is not a fun trip for me! Paul was remarkable- I purchased a new iphone 15 pro and he help me tremendously. I will be referring people to this store and its increfible manager!
