“When I arrived at Steven’s Detail I knew I’ve come to the right place. The appearance of the shop said it all that this is a professional business When I got out of my vehicle I was greeted by Steven in a warm welcoming way as if I’ve known him forever. He explained to me the process they would be doing to my vehicle step by step. How many places do that these days? I met Sam, he was the Team Leader on my vehicle doing the work. Again a real good guy with respect and manners. That is something so many business’s fall short of. I wanted to meet Teri the receptionist. I actually spoke to her on the phone to make the appointment. Teri told me what the maintenance consisted of. She told me when they had an opening to come in. She took any stress about getting there on time how they were flexible within reason, if I had a ride. All the right things you would expect from Stevens Detailing!
I met Jeremy (the owner) and immediately felt good by his respect and thoughtfulness. This is a man who takes pride in his family, employees and his business. I like others thought the days of a business man like this were gone. Certainly not at Stevens Detailing. When I came to get my vehicle I thought I had a new vehicle. The vehicle looked absolutely stunning. I was so impressed with the way everything turned out. From the inside to the outside the guys really did a beautiful job. Jeremy made a point to be there with a hand shake and a thank you. What more could the customer ask for.

“I feel like a got a new car! The paint on my 2009 Honda CRV was shot, but since my mechanic said I still had at least 80,000 more miles left in my car I decided to get several quotes to paint my car. The quotes from shops in Santa Barbara seemed high, so I drove to Ventura and got a quote from Maaco. Their quote was significantly less money and they worked with me to fix a few dents as well. At the last minute, I added getting my headlight cleaned and they look fabulous. I am delighted how terrific my car looks.”

“They did a very great job. They went out of their way to provide me with windshield wiper fluid when I needed it the most. A very friendly experience and a professional job. Great prices but don't expect perfection. This is not a 100 or 200 dollar wax. The wait in the morning was very short. All in all I would recommend coming here for a great price and helpful management.”
